This was a fun few hours, mixture of off road & on road. Great scenery & fab views from the castle! Recommend arriving well in advance as per the guidance when booking, we chose to take a buggy & it was well worth it, everyone was lovely, highly recommend!

Everything was disgusting.. we couldn’t do it at all as you have to your full driving licence with you.. spoke to the help team on Viator and got no refund back.. booked for 12 people.. the help team apparently processed for the refund to be instantly denied anything back.. you lot can keep the £320 and hope it make you rich

We strongly disagree with this review and feel it misrepresents the situation.
Operating the vehicles legally requires a valid physical Category B driving licence. This requirement is not hidden or implied — it is clearly and repeatedly communicated at multiple points:
On the product page overview: “You need a category B driving license, a refundable deposit.”
In the meeting point information: “Bring physical driver’s licenses (no learners or provisionals).”
In the ticket under “Know before you go”: “Bring physical driver’s licenses (no learners or provisionals).”
Arriving without the required documentation reflects your lack of preparation, not a failure on our part. The activity could not legally proceed, and as the vehicles were pre-booked and allocated for a group of 12, this is treated as a no-show under the agreed terms. A refund therefore cannot be issued.
We are particularly disappointed by the aggressive and entitled tone of this review. Our team acted professionally throughout, and Viator independently reviewed and upheld the decision based on the clearly stated requirements.
We encourage future customers to read the booking details carefully and arrive prepared, as failure to meet mandatory conditions will result in the activity being denied without refund.

“Very unfriendly Tour operators very rude guys we arrived at 12 since we are coming from USA and jet lagged. Agree we are on time they don’t accommodate while the ATV leaving in front of us and didn’t even allow us take ride. They are not giving refund and on top sucking more money for next trip. I would not recommend booking this ATV rides“

Worst experience of my life! Scam!
Once there, they demand cash for “deposits” that are never refunded.
We were greeted by the police upon arrival.
When we asked for an explanation about the deposit (which was never mentioned before), the owner replied: “You shut the f*** up, you’ll be the next one to get screwed.”
The police told us to leave the premises and avoid this place.
This scam is well known here!
We lost our money!

This is a guided ATV tour. It was fun, and the tour guides look out for you, but don't expect to do your own thing. You must maintain a line and can only go as fast as the person infront of you. Still, the offroad courses were rough but doable even for beginners and the speed was good. There was even a sand course where we did two laps. I had a great time.

This was a good tour however if you are new to quad biking you may be better getting a longer tour to see more sites. I was new to this and a little slow so I did not get as much time to see some sites which was okay. I still enjoyed the guide and the trip!

Had the best experience doing this! On road and off road! Was even better that it had rained and could blast through the puddles! Endless amounts of laughing and fun.
Our guides were lovely. Could have spent ALL day doing this tour. Would 100% recommend this to anyone. We got some good speeds, good adrenaline rushes, but most of all, good memories! Thanks guys, will book again!

I went on the quad tour today with my family expecting a fun and beginner friendly route. In the first 5 minutes we were brought to completely uneven terrain where it was very difficult to steer. The instructor was constantly telling us to go faster. In the last 30 minutes of the tour, i lost control of the quad and went up on the side of the track, the quad fell on me and was left crushing me for about a minute. I was in extreme pain, my mother suggested calling an ambulance to which the instructor did not reply. The instructor did not have a first aid kit. He then asked me if i could get back on the wuad and drive it back, while i was sobbing and in complete shock. He then asked my 15 year old sister to drive the quad, to which she said no. The instructor was absolutely no help as i was screaming in pain. He then got my dad to drive a quad back with him to the base camp and came back for the rest of us. I had to ride back on the back of my mothers quad, i was extremely scared at this point as i was in extreme pain and i had to get back on a quad. Even after this incident, he kept waving us to go faster. We got back to the camp and low and behold they don’t even carry a first aid kit, nor did they have ice for my injuries. I had to pay €200 for the damage, the only damage was a broken mirror. I am currently in the hospital waiting to be seen. If i had known i was expected to go 50 km/h on uneven, rocky terrain on the edge of cliffs, i would have absolutely avoided this experience. The instructor could not have cared less about my crash and wanted me to get back on the quad. Absolutely ridiculous, i would not recommend, especially if you have never driven a quad.

I came across an unfortunate situation when I was away and lost my licence. I phoned up to see if we could be offered a refund but they refused me. I then phoned up to ask if we could be put onto another activity but they did not get back to me. I've booked other activities with them which I enjoyed but I think when it comes to resolving issues they could do alot better. For this reason I give a low rating.

This was bar far the worst experience i've had with any service provider. The tour guide was rude, structured the quad tour as a military operation, made reference to death during the introduction and even left half of the group out on the roads for a few mins before realising he was too fast and came back to collect us. I don't usually write reviews but if you're reading this, please choose a different company. This experience almost ruined my holiday. If you do go with this company, make sure you arrive 45 mins before the tour time, there is no flexibility with the timing.

Amazing activity gives alot of adrenaline and excitement.
The explanation about driving the quad for beginners should be a bit more cz is in beginning kinda difficult but later it gets way too easy.

Tour guide was really great. Nice bit of quadding through to a castle and then short stop before you go back. Note there are no toilets at the castle but the tour just lasts about 2.5 hrs altogether. Saw some lovely scenery and the pace was good. I recommend you wear old clothes and get/bring a bandana as it is very dusty. Lovely way to spend the afternoon.
