Avoid at all costs. Refused entry because we had three separate bookings, still have not been refunded yet.

Our terms and conditions have the information “reservations greater than 5 elements are subject to AlgarExperience's consent. Even if the reservation was made for more than 5 people, it’s still necessary to contact directly AlgarExperience to validate the booking. If this procedure is not followed, AlgarExperience reserves the right to cancel the booking within 12h prior to the experience. If the reservation is booked for less than 12h from the experience, the validation will take place at check-in time.”. Regarding this information we have noticed at the check-in that you made 3 reservations, for a total of 13 people, and just like the information written on the tickets, every customer consents to follow the restrictions and/or conditions that the company might have. We have proceeded with the refund for your reservation on the 14th of July, on the same day that you booked the activity, and we clearly informed you that since the booking was made with a 3rd party company it would take from 5-7 business days to receive the total amount on your bank account. Absolute joke....no organisation at all. Got on the coach and no guidance at all. No direction no clue. We were not told to get off at the right place and ended up on the coach for 2 hours...awful. Do not book.
