We had an incredible time truffle hunting with Gaetano and Annalissa! Going in, we weren’t quite sure what to expect, but we were thrilled to discover so many truffles during our outing—it truly exceeded our expectations.
From the beginning, they were warm, communicative, and flexible in working around our schedule, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
When we arrived, we were greeted by Luna and Zara—the sweetest truffle-hunting dogs! Gaetano was a fantastic guide, sharing fascinating insights about the dogs, the art of truffle hunting, and how to spot a high-quality truffle.
To top it all off, Annalissa prepared an absolutely phenomenal meal. Everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and (of course) generously infused with truffle.
This is a unique and unforgettable experience that we’d recommend to anyone visiting the area!
