Don’t miss out on an AMAZING session

My son and I had the most fantastic experience at Analis’ cookery course! From the moment we arrived, Analis was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home in her beautiful kitchen. We made pasta from scratch — such a fun and hands-on activity, and something we’d never done before. The swordfish was perfectly cooked and full of flavour, and the almond nougat was the perfect sweet finish. Every ingredient we used was fresh, organic, and many were picked straight from Analis’ own garden — you could really taste the difference. The food was traditional, delicious and simple. Amazing We both learnt so much throughout the day, and Analis was so generous with her knowledge and tips. It wasn’t just a cooking lesson — it was a full experience of food, warmth, and connection. One tip: come hungry! You’ll definitely want to enjoy every bite. Not to be missed

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 💛 It was such a joy to welcome you both into my kitchen and to share with you not just recipes, but the traditions and flavors of Sicily. I’m so happy you enjoyed making pasta, cooking the swordfish, and ending on a sweet note with almond nougat — all with fresh ingredients from my garden. Knowing that you felt at home and left with both new skills and beautiful memories is the greatest reward for me. I look forward to welcoming you again for more food, laughter, and Sicilian warmth. 🍋🍷✨ With gratitude, Annalisa
