Our guide had a tremendous knowledge of the history through the millennia and was able to weave a story based on the surnames of the people on the tour. His approach was philosophical rooted in history. I was blown away.

Luigi was an amazing tour guide and knows how to keep history “not boring” and engaging! He emphasized how important it was to know what took place at the tour and we absolutely would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!

This is a guided tour of the Temple of Juno (or Athena) and the surrounding grounds and temples. The guide gives a lively dissertation on the history of the many cities and their citizens who inhabited this location over time ("stacked one on the other"). The walk is over uneven terrain with a walk down hill mostly and a 4€ shuttle to the starting point. My wife walks with a cane and was able to complete the tour without straggling behind. I believe most visitors will have few, if any, issues traversing the landscape.

We were unable to find the correct meeting place. The tour guide would not do a refund or credit. Very disappointed.

Our guide (Reno) was amazing: incredibly erudite and enthusiastic about the subject matter of his tour as well wider topics related to Ancient Greek, Roman and other world cultures. He was the best guide we have had the pleasure of learning from during this trip to Sicily.

Very enjoyable, Hilary was full of knowledge and the 2 hours flew by with interesting facts and amazing sights ! What a place ! , 4 Temples all ontop of a hill in same place. With a fabulous surprise at the end. Would recommend.

I thought that I had booked a private tour, but it was semi-private. The guide was energetic and knowledgeable, and tried to include the kids in my family group (ages 6, 8, & 10) but because it wasn't fully private, he had to also cater to the other adults on the tour. My family group left the tour before the end, because the kids were restless.

This was a very interesting and magnificent archaeological site to visit our guy Mario
Was extremely knowledgeable. It was a walk tour and we did thoroughly enjoy it. My only suggested would be either the guide have a microphone or the participants could have hearing devices as it was difficult to hear as there were lots of other group tours going through at the same time.
Transport getting there was a little bit tricky as the bus services are very unreliable. We got dropped at the wrong gate and then had to pay three euro each to get a taxi to the other gate where we were supposed to be our Guide

Sergio did an amazing job showing us the Valley of the Temples. Besides being in a beautiful area the temples were majestic. Sergio had so much knowledge about the history of the temples. The temples.tool my breath away!

Perfect evening and sunset tour of the Valley of the Tenples. Our guide was Liz from Mexico and she was informative, entertaining and memorable. A great way to get all the essential information in 2 hours at the end of the day

Viator gave us the wrong meeting place. We called when no one show up and they said we were in the right place. After 10 minutes called again and again told us we were in the right place and would connect us to the guide. Then they disconnected. (It was about 100degrees and no shade. Called back third time, were told we were late and missed our tour. We explained we were at the location they gave us a half hour before tour was to started and called them twice and were told we were in the right place. Then they had the tour guide call us, he said he NEVER starts the tour at the location they gave. He told us where to meet him, which was several miles away. My family said the tour was okay, but I was so over heated I could go on it. I WILL NEVER USE VIATOR AGAIN. They did even say they were sorry for giving us the wrong location.

Diese Anlage ist absolut beeindruckend. Auch wenn man schon viele Fotos gesehen hat - life ist es noch spektakulärer. Unsere sehr kompetente Führerin half uns, das Gelände und die Bauwerke zu verstehen. Und war sehr rücksichtsvoll, etwa Gehen im schattigen Gelände, wo möglich. Vielen Dank dafür.
