As a family of five we had a really, really good day out. I feel if we hired a car for two days, we could not have seen, or enjoyed as much. Panagiotis our guide was a very calm and measured driver, with a personality to match - a local guy in tune with Crete and its soul. This was perfect for us and allowed us all to really enjoy the wonderful landscape and understand how the island works and how it is to live on it. He was very knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna, with an instinct for foraging - the kids are going to remember the pomegranate and grapes! The lunch was fantastic, in a really nice village, with great views. It really was the highlight of our week Absolutely no regrets in booking it!

Our driver Michael was the promt, friendly, knowledgeable and the best tour guide we could have asked for. The car was very comfortable and their was plenty of cold water. He knew everything about Crete and its history. The lunch was delicious. He made us feel like family. I highly recommend this tour.

My 9 year old son and myself had a wonderful day on this trip with Michael as our guide. He obviously has a passion for his work and people. My son loved hearing all the greek stories and facts. The knossus temple was beautiful, but hot ( the tour provided plenty of cold water throughout the day) but remember you hats/ shade as natural shade was limited. We had great experience trying our own pottery, and a tasty creatan lunch. Michael balanced the tour in two languages ( English and Russian) beautifully, and it was great to share it and experience greece with people from another country and experience. Thankyou, If we come back to Crete we would love to do some of your other tours as a family.

Expérience très intéressante !
Avec des guides passionnés et chaleureux. La vue pendant le trajet est magnifique !
Petit bémol : pour la visite du palais de Cnossos, je déconseille la tablette pour visiter ! Mieux vaux mettre quelques euros en plus pour un guide professionnel pour un groupe!
A part ça, c’était parfait avec une nourriture locale et très fraîche !

Empecemos por la visita al palacio de Knossos. Al llegar alli fue que nos enteramos que no era una visita guiada,para esto habia que pagar 160 euros extras, lo cual fue la primera desilucion y asi terminamos con un libro de 7 euros para mas o menos tener una idea de lo que veiamos, eso sin contar que la entrada hay que pagarla a la entrada. 15 euros por adulto. Despues seguimos a un Workshop de ceramica, lo cual fue mas Shop que Work,fue tan desilucionante que no compramos nada. De ahi seguimos a almorzar, lo cual fue la siguiente desilucion ya que solo habia carne de cabras, algo que no le gusta a todo el mundo. En general puedo decir que el viaje fue mas largo que otra cosa y que de Lujo no tiene nada. Petra nuestra guia como siempre fenomenal pero la pobre esta vez sus recursos no fueron suficientes para salvar la situacion.
