Complete and consummate FAILURE. They give you less than 24-hour notice that they canceled. Then they are back on again, even going so far as to issue their electronic ticket. Then when you go to the dock, NOBODY, I mean NOBODY is there. My whole trip was centered around this activity, booking hotel accommodations and incurring ferry fare just to get here only to have this flop happen. Oh, and after they canceled, they said the tour was back on again, it seems, for the sole purpose of capturing my money. This does not fly. Dont even consider going near this ridiculous tour. Such a dirty, rotten joke!

This isn't fair at all. The tour is clearly exposed as definitely from 4 participants and she was 1 person and unfortunatelywe hadn't others.
We messaged in time, apologized and asked for another date, but the lady didn't even respond. Then we cancelled and didn't get any money or sent voucher or ticket or else.this is viator automation...
