What are people saying about Normandy

Amazing and unique experience!
What an amazing experience! My mom and I decided to try this unique way to see the Normandy beaches in memory of my uncle - who was a WWII historian and rode a motorcycle his entire life - and my grandfather who was a WWII veteran. When Remi pulled up in a sidecar named Charles - both my grandfather and my uncle's name - we knew we DEFINITELY made the right decision! My Pop was originally assigned to an infantry division, but he was moved to the motor pool. His original unit was part of the D-Day invasion, and sadly, most didn't return. We thought this would be a great way to honor both of my family members, and we were NOT disappointed! Remi was amazing! He was personable, very knowledgeable, and patient with us. Unfortunately, the weather was not good at the start, but Remi had rain gear for us that kept us dry. The weather cleared up about halfway into the tour, so that was great. I rode on the back, and my mom rode in the sidecar. We did go faster than we expected (I guess we thought we would be tootling around like in a golf cart, but NOPE!), and it was so much fun! I saw a review that said if you sit behind the driver to hold on tight, and they are correct, but we felt completely safe! Remi was a great guide and took care of us ladies! We really enjoyed learning about the strategy at the beaches, and felt moved at the cemetery. We were able to stop at a place and buy some souvenirs as well. Highly recommend this tour and Remi as your guide!

A Sad Day in Human Existence
It was a blistery autumn morning when we arrived at Omaha Beach. It was raining and a cold wind was blowing. I was glad I had a thick, waterproof coat. Umbrellas don't work too well due to the wind. Our guide, Charles, was terrific. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the landings on these murderous beaches, the fortifications that had been put in place and the sequence of events. The American Cementary was impressive. All these white marble crosses looking west to the sea. Sainte Mere Eglise was our stop for lunch. Utah Beach was the last stop before turning back to Bayeux. it is well worth to take this tour. It gives you and understanding of what the human race is capable of.

This is a full day of...
This is a full day of touring the Utah and Omaha beaches. We also stopped at the Sainte-Mere-Eglise where the paratroopers landed and had time to visit the museum at Utah Beach. Our last stop of the day was the American Cemetery. Our guide Lucas was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of historical information with us. He took us to his favorite restaurant where we had a quick lunch. It was a great day and I highly recommend this tour.

Amazing!!!
We had an absolutely amazing tour. I took my 80 year old mother to see the D-Day beaches and retrace the footsteps of her father (my grandfather). Our guide, Dlylan, was beyond amazing — had so much knowledge and was so pleasant. Our driver Andrea was equally amazing. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a priceless D-Day trip.
