What are people saying about Bordeaux

if you like cheese - take this tour.
We took this tour in Oct 2026, and it was the best tour as we sampled many different pastries, several cheese, about 5 different meats and three different wines. The tour guide took us around the city center and gave us some history of different sites and then we stopped at wine cellar to taste all the treats paired with Wine. Probably the most important thing about this tour was the guide was so passionate about the food in France. I would highly recommend this tour if you want to learn about bakeries, fromage and wine.

Unforgettable food tour despite biblical downpour!
An unforgettable food tour despite the weather!" Even with a heavy rain deluge and our compressed timeline, our guide made this an absolute highlight of our trip to Bordeaux. They were incredibly friendly, polite, and personable from the very first minute, making everyone feel right at home. Their deep local knowledge of the food, wine, and history was fantastic, and they effortlessly adapted our route and pace on the fly so we wouldn't miss a single bite or feel rushed. If you are visiting Bordeaux, do not miss the chance to book a tour with them!

Great day in Saint-Émilion
We had a great day with Antoine our tour guide. He gave us a lot of information on wine making as well as his history. Did a great visit of Saint-Émilion with him. The tastings at the different wineries were well organized and the lunch was very good. Thank you for driving us around and the wine making experience. We will definately recommend this tour.

Beautiful Autumn Day in the Vineyards
Great small group of 8. Meeting point at the Olala Bordeaux office within 10 min. easy walk from cruise ship. Our guide Valentin met us right on time. Picturesque walk thru village of St. Emilio, then tour and delicious, light lunch at Vachon vineyard. Tours of Margaux estate and 2 more vineyards after lunch. Valentin was charming and extremely knowledgeable of the area, the wines, plus French food and customs in general. Returned to Bordeaux before 7pm. Learned a great deal about Bordeaux wines and vineyards. A perfect shore excursion as we spent overnight in port. We highly recommend!

With some of the most recognized wine regions on the planet at its doorstep, Bordeaux is a bucket list destination for oenophiles and foodies. Experience it yourself with Bordeaux tours that guide you to Medoc or Saint-Emilion, both regions with centuries-old histories of red wine production. Learn what makes the region's terroir unique and try local wines from merlot or cabernet franc grapes. But even for non-drinkers, there's plenty to enjoy, from the gorgeous vineyard chateaus that warrant a postcard to charcuterie and cheese from local farms.
