They had us waiting in front of the hotel for a hour to tell us via text they arent arriving due to mechanical issues . They gave us our refund but didn’t honor anything complimentary since the group waited outside not knowing what was happening. It was a complete waste of experience.
Absolutely horrible experience. The operators communicated with us up until pick up time, then sent a cancellation message after they were 30 minutes late.
The bus was canceled with no explanation or reason as to why. I had to call to find out b it was canceled and get a refund.

The operator canceled the trip an hour before it was supposed to start. They said that we’ll be refunded the $207 but they didn’t. They act as though we went.
We had such a great time! The host was friendly and accommodating and communication was clear and consistent. We were able to experience different party zones in the city. Would book again.
My experience with the party bus was great! The drivers were both very friendly and informative and I had a great night! They also provided us with free water and drinks while on the bus and played good music!
Loved the experience! The team was very welcoming and I had so much fun. It was great to meet other solo travelers. The bus was super cool, some drinks were included, and I didn’t have to worry about uber or where to go. I got to explore multiple areas and different bars. Definitely recommend
The host was not dressed appropriately and looked as if she had just rolled out of bed. When we arrived at the first destination, the host did ot show us where to go; instead, she sent us coordinates, saying that the vehicle couldn't get into the location. The coordinates were inaccurate, and we ended up walking for about 5 blocks to the club. While in the club, a very scary incident occurred with us, and we explained it to the host when we got back on the bus. We then asked if we could be dropped off closer to our hotel. After asking her supervisor, we found out that they wouldn't drop us off even after the incident.
The party bus agent keeps phone on dnd and does not alert you upon arrival/departure of your pick up location.
Tour planner canceled the tour 1 hour before tour and was stuck with nothing to do for the night. Came from Michigan to party for my fiancé birthday and was very unpleased with the tour canceling 1 hour before and left us with nothing to do on a Saturday night smmfh!! Dont do this trip... Definitely not worth it
I want to say this was a lovely experience I wanted to celebrate my cousins 55th birthday and not worry about driving. It was a wonderful group of people we were with. Maria the host and the driver I can not remember his name there customer service was excellent they are very informative has to where we were going Maria created a group chat so she can drop locations to where they were going to be so we never got lost getting back to them. Couple of us partied more than others and what I loved the most that they made sure that we reach our destination safely. I would recommend and do this again
While our party bus tour didn’t go exactly as planned, I do appreciate the effort made by the team to communicate and resolve the situation.
Due to heavy traffic, the tour started later than scheduled. However, the operator was responsive when we reached out for updates regarding pickup times, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the traffic delays also impacted our arrival to the first stop, and we then experienced mechanical issues with the party bus. As a result, we had to relocate to another vehicle provided by the operator (not a party bus) to get to our first destination.
Both the driver and the staff member serving drinks were very apologetic and professional throughout the situation. Once we arrived at the first stop, we decided to make the most of the evening by staying there and bar hopping nearby, eventually arranging our own transportation back to the hotel.
The tour operator later notified us that we would receive a 50% refund for the inconvenience, which I believe was a fair and appreciated gesture.
Although my first and only experience wasn’t the smooth party bus experience we had hoped for, I do recognize that unexpected issues can happen. I would consider giving them another try if I’m visiting again, but based on this experience alone, I would be somewhat hesitant to recommend the tour without reservation.
We had so much fun the team was very helpful and allowed us to party on the bus how we felt music wise and entertaining. They was patient with us due to the fact we where frm texas. They showed us so much and partied along with us through out the tour. Thanks again for such a great experience
there was no trip, they canceled it at the last minute due to lack of people and it was my birthday trip!
