Great tour with a very informative and humorous lady. Told us about all the key facts on Charles Bridge and inside the Cathedral and castle grounds.

This is a long tour with lots of walking. Weather was sunny 100F and nearly intolerable. Pablo, our guide, was very helpful keeping us in the shade and keeping us hydrated with water stops to refill our bottles. He has deep knowledge of all points of interest. We definitely learned a lot on this tour. My only negative comment is that our guide was a little difficult to comprehend because of his moderate accent (note: I am from USA so maybe this is my own deficiency!).

Our Prague Castle tour was one of the highlights of our trip! Our guide Misha was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about Prague's history. She brought centuries of history to life with fascinating stories and interesting facts that we never would have learned exploring on our own.
The tour was well-paced, organized, and gave us plenty of opportunities to admire the breathtaking architecture and stunning views while asking questions along the way. Our guide's enthusiasm and sense of humor made the experience both educational and enjoyable.

Peter from Prague was awesome! He was knowledgeable, funny and engaging. His goal was to make learning Prague’s history fun, and he absolutely achieved that. We learned so many fun facts about the city that we never would have learned just from walking around in our own. The castle, and all the other sites we saw, were absolutely beautiful and it was so nice to have Peter giving us all the history behind them. Not to mention, it was extremely hot out (100+ degrees F) during our tour, but Peter never skipped a beat. We never felt rushed and felt comfortable to ask questions and joke around with him. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Prague - it was an amazing experience!

Very informative! Easy to understand. Loved learning about the church! It was VERY hot the day we went and our guide was very good about keeping us in the shade. The Golden lane was a bit disappointing, so you may want to stop at that point in the tour. There are just a few rooms decorated for the times and a lot more rooms set up for shopping.

Peter was, without a doubt, the best tour guide we've ever had on any Viator tour. His knowledge of Prague Castle and its history was exceptional, and he brought every part of the tour to life with fascinating stories and insights.

Good overview of the history of the city. Martin was our guide. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He seemed excited talking about the history of the city. Gives a good review of the history of the castle and the beautiful St Vitus Cathedral

Peter was a great guide , very knowledgeable and funny. Whilst we did not get to see inside the Cathedral due to being closed for an evening concert, this was explained on arrival to meet our guide and the option of changing days was offered free of charge. We chose to take the tour on the planned day and Peter ensured he took the group to extra areas to make up for Cathedral. All in all a highlight of our stay.
We would recommend paying the extra for the experience of the leg workout of climbing the 287 steps to see the view at the top of the tower looking out over Prague.

Fantastic tour and totally worth doing. Do not be put off with the length, it goes quickly and there are plenty of opportunities to go to the bathroom or fill/buy water.
Our guide was so incredibly knowledgeable and importantly entertaining.

The tour was disappointing. Too much of the tour was the walk to the castle and a guide that spent a bit to much time joking about irrelevant things than teaching about the history in a straight forward way. Also there should have been hearing devices as the guide was very difficult to hear unless you were in very close proximity.

A visit to Prague Castle is a must. The castle is not just a series of buildings but the location of much of the history of the area. My guide had lived in Cz for 27 years (originally from Canada) and was very knowledgeable. He also gave us practical tips on ways to enjoy our stay. I highly recommend.

We were so looking forward to this tour!
Unfortunately it was raining for a good part of the tour. Our guide Veronica was very knowledgeable but did not adapt at all to the weather conditions.
We stood in the rain as she told the group how the tram tickets worked in Prague. She could have easily covered this once we were inside.
The setting is amazing and to her credit Veronica was very knowledgeable about all things Prague Castle and historically related to the various palaces, chapels, courtyards and gardens we visited. Perhaps we’ll give this tour another try on a sunny clear day so we can avail of what must be spectacular views of Prague city from on high.

The tour was well organised and the tour guide (David) was pleasant and knowledgeable about Czech history and the castle and cathedral. The tour ran smoothly and we saw all the main points. The whole site is an interesting place to visit and it gives a great overview of the history of the Czech Republic and how it developed to the present state. David navigated us through the crowds very well.

Martina was a wonderful guide. Knowledgeable, friendly and kind. We had a. rain storm and she kept her group together and was so considerate of those who were ill prepared for the weather. I loved her historical stories and she kept everyone of all ages engaged.

We had a great experience overall and thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the outing, and we learned a lot about Prague and its history.
The one issue that kept this from being a 5-star experience was the ending logistics. We specifically booked this tour because the description clearly indicated that the trip would end where it started. However, once we reached the chapel area, we were told that the tour was ending there instead. The guide was kind and gave us directions back, but we still had to figure out transportation ourselves, wait for a tram, and deal with a confusing return process in an unfamiliar area.
Other than that, the experience itself was excellent. I would just recommend that the tour description be updated so expectations are clear for future guests.

We tried for 40 minutes to find our tour. We walked all around the castle and asked person after person, including security guards if they knew where the monument of. King Charles was. We ultimately paid a second time to go through and tour on our own, and there was no audio available. It was a limited interest without some history.
