Amazing day trip from Prague

Amazing day trip from Prague! Our guide, Marek, provided a lot of information throughout the day and was attentive to the whole group. We had all types of weather: sun, wind, rain, hail, but all 3 stops were beautiful and well worth the walking and elevation. Marek was prepared with items for those that didn’t have waterproof gear or even a backpack. Lunch was delicious and at a picturesque spot overlooking the countryside. Would absolutely take this day trip again!

Vladimir takes us to the heights!

Vladimir provided a different experience from what we were expecting, but it was very enjoyable nonetheless. He himself is an outdoor adventurer and rock climber, and he encouraged us to try and push our own limits during the tour. In a safe way, of course. Our group is early 70's, we are all in decent shape for our age. I would not recommend this tour for anyone who is not able to climb a lot of stairs. The places he took us to had some incredible views, which made the effort all worth while.

Katarina what is an excellent tour guide. She was knowledgeable, clear to understand, and entertaining. We didn’t realize that you will step onto public transit for eight stops to get to the bunker. It was a non-issue, but we did have to stand on the tram.

Highly recommended!

This was amazing! We loved the option of being picked up at our apartment. It made it so much easier. And then we had enjoyable rides in a comfortable van to our destinations. This was so much better than getting on a giant bus with a huge group of people. We were taken to the most amazing places! It is definitely worth doing. Our guide helped to make this tour extra enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable about what we were seeing and gave us so much history of the area. And the best part was, he really looked like he was enjoying his day as much as we were. And lunch was delicious! I would say that this is something you should not miss if you are visiting this area! It was amazing!

Ondrej was the best...

Ondrej was the best guide. He was extremely knowledgeable and a super nice guy. He knew everything about the history of czesky krumlov and so many other little details of Prague and the history of Prague. He was nice enough to return to the gas station where we stopped at for a restroom break because my wife left her phone in there. He called them and they had it and he had them hold it for us. I would highly recommend this tour..

There were so many places that this tour covered— it helped that my daughter and I had explored the castle complex and the 3 churches the day before because admittance is not included with this Viator tour! But the walks and the boat tour were amazing! I learned a lot about Prague and the historical sites!

Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and fun to listen to. Even though the weather was rainy, it was one of the best tours I have taken with Viator. I was concerned at first to find out that our tour guide was American, but he knew his job because he has lived there for almost two decades! The history of the city and the country came alive.

Great value tour

Anyone wondering if this experience is worth the money, should not worry….book it! Our tour guide CanaChzec Steve was unbelievably knowledgable and was able to answer all questions I posed (…sorry Steve😆) and his style was really informative and delivered with great humour. Anyone interested in the history of Prague Castle (and Prague in general for that matter) will be very pleased with this tour. I’m on my way home now and regretting not booking other tours with Viatour.
