This was a wonderful...
This was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Sam was our driver, and he was excellent—friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He made the trip enjoyable and shared so much helpful information along the way. He also took us to all the most beautiful spots in Hallstatt and Salzburg, which made the experience even more special. We truly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!

The Best Way to Experience Melk, Hallstatt, and Salzburg in One Day
If you take this tour, you can expect to feel that you did not have enough time in Melk, Hallstatt, and/or Salzburg. Thirteen hours is simply not enough time to fully appreciate all three. To the credit of our driver, D, he did an excellent job of advising us based on our individual interests. Although my wife would have been satisfied with 60 minutes at the monastery in Melk, I needed 90 minutes because I have a strong interest in history. My wife and I found 60 minutes to be more than enough time to stroll through the small, picturesque town of Hallstatt, but may people comment in their review that they would have preferred to spend more time in Hallstatt. Upon arrival in Salzburg, we had 2.5 hours to see the Mirabell Gardens (15 minutes), Mozart's Birthplace (45 minutes), and the Fortress (45 minutes). (The remaining 45 minutes was spent walking from one sight to another.) My wife and I have a strong interest in classical music and were disappointed that we couldn't spend at least another 30 minutes in Mozart's Birthplace. By the time we reached the Fortress by cable car at 5 PM, all of the Fortress museums were closing. Our driver, D, was very personable and a great conversationalist which made the long drives between destinations quite enjoyable.

Wonderful spring morning winetasting
A charming visit to a family run vineyard where we tasted four delicious and different wines while enjoying a perfect spring day. Then on to a second vineyard for four more wines and lunch. Stephane was a very friendly and professional guide. Lunch was very good.

Vienna in a nutshell
It was Vienna in a nutshell! So informative without being overwhelming, the right amount of history and facts, amusing in a small vehicle with open windows, the stop at the Minoritekirchen church was exceptional! Constance was fabulous, smart, eloquent, knowledgeable and well balanced with the amount of information a foreigner can absorbe. I highly recommend this tour , try to get Constanze!
