Having the driver pick us up at hotel was so helpful so we didn’t have to worry about getting to Toledo. It was raining, but our fabulous driver brought us to every lookout and had umbrellas for us, so we never felt the rain. Our guide. Ana, was wonderful and provided a depth of information about the beautiful city. Her English was great and was easy to understand. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I booked this tour during our stay in Barcelona. Our guide, Horacio, was fantastic! It was booked as a small group tour, but ended up being just the two of us. We started off the tour in El Raval on La Rambla. We went through the Gothic Quarter and up through Eixample. We then took the Metro to La Sagrada Família. I had been to Barcelona before and had taken this type of tour. I couldn’t believe how much better this one was. Horacio was so informative, pleasant and funny. I learned so much more this time. We covered a lot of ground, so be sure to wear good walking shoes. I recommend this tour wholeheartedly. If you are lucky enough to get Horacio as your guide-even better!

Patricia was great! Very knowledgeable, pleasant, gentle and ready to help, assist and answer any questions from me (even after the tour!) She showed me things about Madrid other than the traditional that most tourists probably know. I loved her tour.

Truly enjoyed the one day tour from Malaga to Tangiers, Morocco. Our tour guide Tommy was excellent - providing information on the rich cultural diversity of the city/ country. The guided walk through the very narrow street-lined markets (souks) was a good experience; had a great first time view of the confluence of the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. Enjoyed a very tasty and filling afternoon lunch at Restaurant Vandalucia where we sampled a variety of local dishes (appreciated having some gluten free options). The short 1 hour (14 kms) ferry ride across the Strait of Gibraltar was scenic and relaxing. The two hour ride to Puerto Tarifa and back from our apartment in Malaga was also a key highlite of this tour. Nikolai (owner operator of Sunny Trip Tours/Transfers) was so knowledgeable and entertaining making the drive a truly rewarding experience!

I prefer a smaller group tour. Our guide, Christel, was excellent. Unlike some other English speaking tour guides, I understood everything she said. She is very knowledgeable about Sagrada Familia. The cathedral is magnificent, a beautiful work of art and creativity and very worthwhile seeing no matter what religion you are.

Well worth doing. Getting to the meeting point was easy and a short walk from where the Cruise Port shuttle dropped us. The driver gave us an excellent overview of the city and was quite knowledgable in its history. We saw the seaside, various different areas, and climbed to get some great scenic views.

This is a super fun tour. I recommend doing it the first day in the city. It is a very good way to get a feel for the city, see some sights, and plan places to revisit during your stay. Our tour guide was super sweet and knowledgeable. She was very good at pointing out little details that we may have otherwise missed.

We had the great fortune of having David Chacon as our all-day tour guide in Barcelona. He is extremely knowledgeable about all-things Barcelona, and he imparted ongoing waves of knowledge to us, including many anecdotes with regard to local Catalan culture. We were able to tour all of the Gaudi must-sees, including the breathtaking La Sagrada Familia. We also had a wonderful tapas lunch, and earlier, a stop for churros at a local cafe. We had a walking tour of the Old Town and the Gothic Quarter, along with La Rambla, and the bustling, vibrant market, Mercat de la Boqueria, where we were able to sample some of the food, including delicious Iberian ham. It was a comprehensive tour of Barcelona in a well-organized, fun day. There is much walking during the first half of the tour, so be advised if you have any limitations with regard to being able to walk for an extended period of time. If you do book the full-day private tour, or any other Barcelona tour, you will not find a more knowledgeable, passionate, or kinder person to guide you than David. A true gentleman.
