The randomized time provided for Nasrid Palace entry was in the evening so I would NOT recommend this experience for anyone who is doing a day trip to Granada as it seems this experience ends up with the inconvenient palace entry times. Additionally, purchasing directly via the Alhambra can give you the exact same experience for only ~12 euros (~25 euros if you include the Nasrid palace entry). The Alhambra even has QR codes for information as you explore Generalife. The guide provided by this had pretty generic and minimal information so I wouldn’t say there was any value added by this experience.

The tickets provided for your booking included entry to the Nasrid Palaces, as advertised. As clearly stated in our product description, the Nasrid Palace entry time is assigned randomly, and a specific time cannot be guaranteed. We understand that the assigned time may not have been convenient for your day trip, but this condition was disclosed before booking.
Regarding purchasing directly through the Alhambra, the availability and conditions of individual tickets may differ, and purchasing a separate ticket is not necessarily equivalent to the experience booked through us.
Although our booking conditions did not entitle you to a refund, we nevertheless offered you a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill in response to your dissatisfaction.
We respect every customer’s right to share their experience. At the same time, we believe it is important for future customers to know that the tickets included in the booking were provided and that the Nasrid Palace entry-time allocation was clearly communicated in advance.

The tickets were a more expensive than the official price - about 70 euros compared to 20. But it’s very hard to get tickets at short notice from the official Alhambra site. So the question is, is it worth 70 to you to get in? For me it absolutely was. I don’t mind that a few other guys in the chain made money as middlemen. My partner and I got to see the place, and we were happy.
I found the buying experience easy and efficient. The e-tickets arrived a few hours after I’d paid, showing the ID numbers I’d supplied (for the Alhambra you have to give ID number and you’ll need an ID card/passport).
We were glad that we were able to find tickets for the Alhambra here, but unfortunately, the price was about three times higher than what you would normally pay.
It’s quite frustrating because some agencies buy large numbers of tickets in advance and then resell them at much higher prices, which makes it difficult to get tickets through the official website, even when booking a month in advance.
We didn’t know this beforehand, so unfortunately we ended up having to pay the inflated price. Still, we were happy that we managed to get tickets and visit this incredible place.
Arrive earlier than you think in order to get oriented and get to your timed entry of Nasrid Palace. There is lots to see and do. Your passport is scanned more often than your ticket.
I would advise to plan ahead and book the visit well in advance via the oficial Granada website. It is very expensive booking at the last minute. The highlight for me was the Nasrid palace and advising that the ticket includes access.
I was nervous about booking this as we needed tickets for the next day but I received the tickets the evening before the visit and everything went super smoothly. SO glad we got to visit The Alhambra, you pay a premium for the late booking but it was worth every penny, the whole visit was breathtaking. Thanks so much!

It was impossible to find the tickets through the official website. So glad I finally got the tickets through this operator. They quickly sent us confirmation as well as link to audio guide.
Don’t bother paying so much money for this tour with audio guide because the digital audio guide would not work inside of the Alhambra! 😢😢

We checked the digital audio guide on our side and confirmed that it is working correctly. As clearly mentioned in our product description, an internet connection is required to access and use the digital audio guide.
We understand that you were unable to connect to the internet while inside the Alhambra, but unfortunately this appears to have been a connectivity issue rather than an issue with the audio guide itself.
We always recommend ensuring that you have a working internet connection before entering the Alhambra so that you can use the guide without interruptions.
We are sorry again for the inconvenience and hope this clarifies the situation.
We saw mixed reviews but gave it a chance, and thank god we did! Best way to get last minute tickets ! Make sure when you go to the Alhambra that you use the PDF codes for tickets not the apple wallet vouchers. Overall, for us, it was a great experience and got tickets at least 5 days ahead of time. I will say though that you do not get to select the time , but again, for us we did not care . That’s one thing to be careful of.

Alcaczaba is temporarily closed since the earthquake until further notice where tour advertises with it still - which isn't great. Description should reflect that.

The alkazabar is currently closed.Didnt receive my tickets till the day before after phoning viator as I needed to know what my timed entry to the palaces was.

The tickets and all the relevant information were sent to you more than one month in advance to the email address provided at the time of booking. Unfortunately, it appears that the email was not checked, although the tickets and information had been sent within the agreed timeframe.
Regarding the Alcazaba, the closure was due to the earthquake and was therefore completely beyond our control. This was an exceptional and unforeseen situation, and we regret that it affected your experience.
We understand that unexpected changes can be frustrating, but we believe it is important to clarify these circumstances so that other customers have an accurate understanding of what happened.
We were 8 mins late and missed the tour but caught up w the group at the scheduled time to get in to the palace. The guide REFUSED to assist us in getting our tickets. Told us they were at a place that was closed a 15 min walk away. We waited time and energy trying to locate them after she lied. All while he had every one else's tickets ON HER PHONE and refused to allow us to have ours scanned. I understand they cannot wait if you are late, however we PAID FOR THOSE tickets and were at the meeting time for entry so there was no reason for us to not be assisted. Terribly upset.

Our experience is a self-guided visit with an audio guide. We do not provide an in-person guide or tour leader, and there is no guide meeting guests or holding tickets on a phone.
Additionally, all entry tickets are sent to our customers in advance before the activity, so guests receive their own tickets directly and do not need to collect them from a guide.
Based on the details in your review, it appears you may be referring to a different provider or tour. If so, we kindly ask that you review the booking details and consider updating or removing this review so it is associated with the correct experience.

Booked tickets then was asked when do we prefer to come in: morning or afternoon. We ended up with tickets for 19:00 which was actually in the evening and too late for us as we needed to go back to the boat. Vendor could not change the time. They did not let us in sooner at the castle. Disappointed

To accommodate your request as best as possible, we contacted you regarding your preferred time, and tickets were issued based on the available slots at the time of booking.
Unfortunately, entry times are controlled by the venue and cannot be changed once issued, nor can visitors be admitted earlier than their reserved time slot.
We understand your disappointment and regret that the available entry time did not align with your cruise schedule. We always recommend booking further in advance whenever possible, especially during periods of high demand, to ensure a wider choice of entry times.

The visit by itself was very good, unfortunately I paid $ 177 for two people with audio guide through Viator and after several confusing emails from them I ended up visiting Alhambra without any audio guide which normally costs only $44 for two people . Agent from Viator explained that they have a lots of people working for them hence the inflated price. Audio guide was missing because they sent the link to it late. Overall I would suggest to explore different options before committing to Viator.

The price of your booking reflects the complete service purchased through the platform and is not solely the cost of the monument entrance ticket or the audio guide itself.

Greeting the tickets was a great saving Grace as I had left it late. The collection point was Puerta Justicia which was not a good place to start the tour. The main entrance would have been a better place to start. You need to warn people about the potential queue to enter the Nazrid Palace, which was thirty minutes in the Sun and 35° heat. Otherwise I enjoyed the visit very much and the website was easy to navigate. The audio tour could do with a little more information but it was also easy to use. Would definitely recommend the website.
Tickets gave us access to all areas of the Alhambra all day. We appreciated the early time to visit the Nasrid Palaces at 10:00am. Audio guide on our own phones was ok as we were unable to book a local guide. Early booking essential for that tour.
It was so easy to walk in and than I could go out and back for Nasrid Palace.
Contact with Viator was perfect
The Nasrid Palace tickets sell out weeks or months in advance. This provider managed to source tickets for us a couple days before at a very fair price.
tickets were extremely overpriced and the audio guide not worthed-hard to navigate, brief, not interesting info. Definitely visit Alhambra, with a different service provider.

Although it is not the cheapest, it is a good option for travellers who didn’t book a ticket far enough in advance (1-2 months before). As my trip was quite spontaneous but I really wanted to see the Alhambra, this experience made it possible for me to visit it only 2 days after booking; even the Nasrid palaces, for which it is usually very hard to get a spot. It was a beautiful experience and with the audio guide, you are flexible with the time you spend at each location. I got the ticket, time slot for the Nasrid palaces (which you can’t change) and the confirmation the evening before I visited it, which was nice, so I could plan my day accordingly. Would definitely recommend, if you really want to see the Alhambra and Nasrid palaces but didn’t book the tickets early enough.
Amazing!!! Absolutely incredible. We tried doing the midnight trick to get tickets but didn’t work, so these guys were amazing!! Sooo worth the money for a probably once in a lifetime trip, 100000% recommend getting these if you didn’t book months in advance.
Do not use this web sight I booked tickets and though no fault of mine couldn’t go on the tour as they failed to send me the QR code for my phone and when I went to ticket office he said not another one you should have booked directly with us so all the way from England just to see this and now they are refusing to refund any money let this be a lesson for everyone as I will definitely not use them again

However, we would like to clarify that all booking documents and tickets were successfully sent to the email address provided at the time of booking approximately two weeks before the tour date. The tickets were attached to that confirmation email and were available prior to your visit.
Our support team also reviewed the case and confirmed that the documents were delivered correctly. Unfortunately, as the tickets had already been issued and sent in advance, we were unable to classify this as a supplier-side failure.

The most impressive building I’ve seen in Europe. Saw the gardens and the palaces. The Nasrid Palaces were amazing. Well kept, beautiful vistas, not too crowded. Difficulty with the audio link once I side the building but knew the history.
After being cancelled by another tour group at the last minute, aviator came through in spectacular fashion. Thank you Daniel!

Unless I’m an idiot (possible) the audio guide is impossible to follow, not in sequence at all and few rooms/areas have signposts or names. If the only way to visit perhaps worth it but not for €75!

Booking on Viator was quick and easy. We booked, and Viator confirmed, our tickets to the Alhambra, including the Nasrid Palaces, less than two weeks before our visit. We thought we weren’t going to see the entire Alhambra, booking our tickets less than two weeks before our visit, but Viator got it done.
