Throughout the experience, you will work directly with cocoa beans: you will learn to roast, hull, grind and refine cocoa, while discovering its unique aromas, textures and flavors. The workshop places special emphasis on Oaxacan traditions and the cultural value of chocolate as food, ritual and living heritage. To close the experience, you will make your own Oaxacan chocolate bar, molded and packed by you, which you can take with you as a memory of genuine, sensory and deeply connected learning with the earth and its people.

The churro classes are a hands-on experience where you learn about the history of churros, how to prepare the dough from scratch, and then practice using a churro machine to make your own churros. Participants can experiment with shapes, including letters and numbers, and enjoy creating and tasting their freshly made churros.
