An excellent introduction for our first visit!

If we could give Armin 10 stars, we would! Exceptional communication at all stages - we never once felt less than 100% confident that Armin would be where he said he'd be to pick us up, and when he'd be there. It all worked like clockwork! It is clear that Armin values his clients and feels pride in his work, and he made us feel absolutely comfortable on our drive. He represents London well! Though we landed very early in the morning after an overnight flight, and the route from Heathrow to our hotel in central London was right in the middle of peak travel time, Armin made the time pass easily, with engaging, friendly, enjoyable conversation. It was a pleasure to meet him. He even managed to show us some major sites on our drive which was an unexpected treat! So glad we didn't try to navigate public transit with luggage, jetlagged, unfamiliar with the city. Armin made the process completely stress free. Highly recommended!

Seamless transfer from Heathrow to our London apartment

Clear instructions on where to meet in arrivals, and the driver helped us with our many large bags, which was much appreciated after 24+ hours of traveling. The vehicle itself was luxurious, spacious, and climate-controlled, and we were provided with bottled water. We did have to wait ~5 minutes due to traffic, but this didn't bother us, especially as it allowed us to pickup coffees.

This is a great tour. Some walking. Visited Oxford and had tome to browse around. Downton Abbey a very old church if interested in history. Last Highclere Castle fantastic. The tour is amazing. Armin Harris is a delightful and informative driver who helped make this a special experience for us

Armin called ahead a day or 2 before. He informed me about the Harry Potter tour that I didn't know. He also helped me better organize the day of the Warner Bros tour and we saved more of the day. He told us about some great places to go too for food, shopping and cool things to see. Thanks to Armin, we had possibly one of the best burgers, best steak, best Mac and cheese at a place called Flat Iron. Plus we found multiple malls and stores in Selfridges, London. The ride to and from the Warner Bros studio felt like a good conversation sitting at a bar. Armin is hilarious and he helped me look good in front of my girlfriend. (She's not allowed to be mad at me for 1 year, thanks to Armin!) Armin is a delight and he truly made the London trip special for us. Thanks Armin!!

Downton Abbey and Village Small Group Tour from London

Fun day exploring the world of Downton Abbey

Rory was a great guide and it was easy to find the meetup spot and him. We headed out to Brampton and Rory provided lots of interesting info on the way out. Once there he led us around and showed where many of the exterior shots were done...as we were standing on the exact location. Then it was on to Highclere Castle, which was excellent. We had plenty of time for self-exploration with a handout, and there are guides in each of the rooms as well. It was amazing to be standing there where so many memorable scenes from the show were filmed. It was a great day. Quick note on the driving- the road portions from London to Brampton, Brampton to Highclere, and Highclere back to London were all about 1-1.5 hours each, so you may want to bring something to read or listen do during the bus rides.

This was our second stop on our private tour with David on August 14th. Again he dropped us very close and gave us instructions on the layout. The cathedral was amazing. The art work, stain glass and overall architecture was breathtaking. The crypt had some interesting exhibits. Once again you can spend hours in this location if you take time to see it all in detail.

Absolutely seamless experience. I was traveling to London, Paris, and Spain and reserved vehicle for transfer from airport to hotel for first leg of my trip in London. They were always in communication keeping me updated and quick to respond to any questions. They tracked my flight to make sure there was no delay in pickup. Driver met us within minutes of clearing customs and baggage claim. Driver was very friendly and courteous. Experience was so wonderful that I contacted them again for transfer from airport in Spain to hotel and the return from hotel to airport. Amazing drivers in Spain! One gave me tips and recommendations on things to do and places to eat while in Spain. I wish I had contacted them for transportation needs while I was in Paris because I had horrible experience with cab drivers and Uber. In Paris i was charged triple the fare for a cab ride from train station to hotel (learned this afterwards) and for transportation from hotel to airport I ordered an Uber van and then when arrived driver claimed they couldn’t fit my luggage and I’d have to order a second Uber…. Then he charged me a waiting fee after 5 minutes because I needed to now order a second ride to arrive immediately behind rest of my party. The same size van from London Executive Airportstars fit all my luggage no problem. I highly recommend using London Executive Airportstars. There is nothing like having professional, reliable, and affordable transportation especially while in another country. Please save yourself the trouble of dealing with cabs or Ubers when you could use London Executive Airportstars and know you’re in good hands.
