Our tour with Antonella was fantastic! She is an amazing guide and took such great care of us throughout the day - making sure our group stayed together, saw all the best view points, provided great information and history throughout the tour, and got us the prime seats on the train and ferries. There’s no way we could have navigated this day without her. She is so knowledgeable, fun, friendly and engaging! The tour was very well planned and provided the right amount of time on the boat in Lake Como taking in the beautiful views, and exploring Bellagio and Varenna. Antonella suggested a fantastic restaurant for lunch on Bellagio. Even though it was a cloudy, rainy day, we could still appreciate the beauty of the area and thoroughly enjoyed our day. Wonderful way to explore around Lake Como!

This was a wonderful way to explore around Lake Como! I would not have wanted to navigate all the train and ferry schedules myself, and being able to skip to the front of the line every time was definitely a perk! We enjoyed having plenty of time to explore at Varrenna and Bellagio, and the hidden gorge at Ballano was beautiful. Our guide Alice did an amazing job the entire day and made the trip so enjoyable!

Great time in Como

This is the best way to see Lugano & Lake Como. Andrea was knowledgable and engaging. It made for a great day and I couldn't have imagined how we would have seen so much of the lake and Bellagio without being on the tour. And knowing that we wouldn't miss a boat because we were part of a tour was a huge relief when the lines were so long that those waiting were missing multiple ferries. Highly recommend for a great way to see the sites!

Amazing trip

We booked a shorter trip but the company had to change this and offered us the 4 hour trip including stops to Bellagio and Varrena. The trip was brilliant and the highlight of our weekend. Fabio was our captain and he really did make the experience an amazing one. Speeding across the water with music and prosecco alongside some facts about the lake and villages, what isn't to love. If you can request a captain, Fabio is your man!

The meeting point changed from when I booked the excursion. We had not realized an email was sent a couple of hours before letting me know the pick up spot but that information did not change on Viators reminders or app. Luckily, we got booked for another trip a couple of hours later. Matteo was exceptional. He managed to do the tour in two languages and spoke the same amount of time in each language. He gave clear instructions on where to meet and the time to go back to the bus. He was very attentive. Luigi, the driver, has incredible driving skills. Managed to go through very narrow streets without any problem. Long day but it was worth it.

A wonderful cruise on Lake Como

Our boat driver Alessandro was excellent. Very good boating skills. Informative and humorous. Very knowledgeable about the mansions and hotels on Lake Como. The only negative was that the shore side experience was a bit disorganized and chaotic with many people and many different tour companies.
