Stunning views!
The rugged shoreline of Port Arthur is absolutely stunning! The entire staff was friendly and professional, from the receptionist at check-in to the driver to the boat captain - all superb. The travel van was clean and comfortable and our boat driver passed by the cliffs from both directions and circled around so that everyone in the boat could get a fantastic views. My only recommendation would be to have a Guide at the Port Arthur Penitentiary to give us a live guided tour.

Tour too long.
The day was very, very long. Started at 7:45am, finished at 6:45pm. This tour catered mainly for people who wanted to hike in Tasman National Park, as Port Arthur is a drop off and pick up point. We spent 5 hours walking around the site and going on a brief harbour cruise, we then had to sit and wait 1 and a half hours till 4:30 for the bus. For people like myself, who only want to visit Port Arthur this tour probably isn’t for you.

Perfect Day in Port Arthur
Better than expected fabulous tour. We did miss out on the cruise due to time restrictions. Bit of an oversight, But I was very surprised by Port Arthur brilliant.

Day well spent
It was all well worth it. Ben was amazing in showing us around and giving us information about history. Loved Pirate bay, Port Arthur, rich history there and vast grounds. Enjoyed lavender ice cream from Richmond to end the day.
