Perfect Croissant Baking Experience

This was amazing. Regis, the baker, was well prepared, gave great explanations and tips. He was very patient and knowledgeable. There was no down time or just watching him do things; we did everything from rolling the dough to creating our croissants. I have been to other experiences where each person only gets to do a small part. In this we walked away with 4 croissants and 4 pan du chocolate that we each made entirely ourselves. My 13 year old loved it! And I, as an experienced baker, learned some tricks to enhance my skills. I cannot be more enthusiastic about this experience. Wonderful.

We had a great experience. We had a group of 10 people with Fredrick as our chef. Plan this to be an all day adventure. Plan to go to the market which was a lot of fun. This tour is a very brief introduction to the museum and history of cheesemaking, information about types and sources of cheese and then a classroom, hands on experience. Our instructor Pierre was charming, informative and funny. His instructions were clear and everyone participated. At the end we ate our new butter and cheese.

Small group, intimate setting. Host was knowledgeable and friendly. We sampled about 7 different French wines. Nice selection of cheese and meats. We did this on a Saturday evening and the shop had several other patrons visit during the event. This caused the event to run over the time. Great to see locals visiting this shop too.

Great evening experience in wonderful setting

We had a great evening up in a home in the hills of Nice at this cooking class with 10 other participants, who were all warm and friendly. Rebecca and Laurent were engaging hosts and Rebecca had us all engaged in prepping the Nicoise-style meal outside on their patio, which had a fantastic view. Plenty of good food, spirits. My husband doesn’t cook but thoroughly enjoyed his food-prepping too! One of our highlights during our time in Nice!

We got to shop for, then cook an excellent meal having so much fun with the group we were with, this event has been well thought out and truly gives a wonderful tour of the Latin quarter as well as a glimpse of French cooking. Fun Family Baking Class in Paris

Our 3- and 8-year-old children love macarons and we saw this class as an opportunity for them to have an interactive and tactile experience while traveling so far away from home. We did not know we would be sharing the class with another family, but it worked out well as they too were visiting from USA and their children were very close in age to ours. Our instructor, Marie, was absolutely terrific. Her English was perfect, she was exceptionally patient with the children knowing exactly how to engage them and keep them focused, while guiding us to make delicious macarons. Allowing the kids to help measure & blend the dry ingredients, choose their own colors and flavors and teaching us all how to pipe our own shells, Marie really got the everyone to buy in to the whole experience. The kitchen is clean, modern and just the right size. Overall, we would return to learn other recipes from Marie and this business. Highly recommend!

Very interactive and engaging! Ann made the class a great time and catered to the group whether you were an avid baker or first timer. We loved the small group size and intimate setting. After the class, we all got to sit down and enjoy our creations over coffee and tea. We took home over 50 macaroons!
