Friendly knowledgeable driver in a comfortable car gave a brief recent history of the Czech Republic along with recommendations of things to do and places to eat during the transfer, some of which we took up and they were worth the recommendation. The driver managed to dodge the rush hour traffic with only a slight delay on the advertised transfer duration.

Our experience was EXCELLENT! Massimo was SPECTACULAR! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! He arrived early. The vehicle was clean. He catered to us throughout the drive ensuring we were comfortable the entire way. We could have asked for better service. As far as our travel… My family and I used the private transfer service during the disembarkation of our cruise from Civitavecchia port to our Rome hotel where we will be staying for a few nights.

This is a great experience especially for those who would like to see the sights and not have to drive. The information provided also was nice so we knew what we were seeing. I was only a bit disappointed because our tour driver didn’t take us to the last stop, Gallorus Observatory, I think due to time as some people consistently returned to the bus late. If stated up front then it wouldn’t have been an issue. Otherwise an enjoyable tour.

Excellent service, we shared a small shuttle with 6 other people from the cruise ship. We did go to the airport first for a couple and then to Rome but it did not feel that long when you get chatting with fellow passengers. Company was very communicative.

From the moment we landed at Fiumicino Airport, the bus transfer into Rome city centre was an absolute dream. After a long flight, the last thing we wanted was to worry about taxis or trains – and this service made everything incredibly easy and relaxing. We found the bus stop right outside the arrivals terminal with clear signs, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Boarding was quick, the bus was clean, air-conditioned (a lifesaver in the August heat!), and the seats were comfortable. The journey took about 45 minutes, and along the way, we got views of Italy – rolling countryside, charming suburbs, and eventually the stunning skyline of Rome. The drop-off location was perfectly central, just a short distance from our hotel near Termini Station. What really stood out was the convenience and value for money. For just a few euros, we got a reliable, safe, and comfortable transfer without any stress. Way better than navigating public transport after a flight! Highly recommended for anyone flying into Fiumicino – it’s the perfect introduction to the Eternal City. Would absolutely use it again on our next visit. Grazie mille!
