Just as advertised. Pickup spot welcomed me, took 5-10 minutes as stated to get the van ready and the host took me right to the van. Excellent driver. Very friendly and nice and dropped me off without concern. Highly recommend this company!

Excellent service! Our driver was very communicative. He arrived a few minutes before our meeting time and was very helpful in helping us load our many bags at the hotel and then in helping us find carts at the airport. He was top notch! And the van was spacious, comfortable, and in good order.

First off, when I booked this transfer ride to the airport, I put in my correct flight information however I actually booked by mistake for the day before my flight. I noticed it within a few minutes of making the booking, and I emailed them through the Viator app and they’ve responded quickly. They were very happy to adjust the booking to what I had intended. The driver was perfect. He was 15 minutes early. He had the vehicle right in front of the hotel waiting for me to come out. He helped load my heavy bag into the back of the vehicle and had the side door open for me to enter. He drove directly and safely to the airport. He helped me get my bag out of the back. Very nice man. My only issue was the seatbelts in the backseat that faced forward. They are very dysfunctional and I think they could be easily fixed. Even the back right side that I switched to was still a difficult seatbelt, but it was better. I would absolutely use this company again and I recommend that you do also.

This was our first time using viator, so we were a bit leery at first, especially to use a driver in another country. Everything seemed so simple. From getting our questions asked, to getting our confirmation email. Murat, with Saw Travel sent an intro message (WhatsApp) providing all info needed to make our experience go smoothly. Our driver Sabri was great! This was our first time in Istanbul, and he added to our memories. There was a slight language barrier, but using the translator he had, helped with that. Even though we were just going to the airport, he gave us a bit of history and information about his country. He was nice and professional and we would definitely drive with him again. Thank you!

The directions from the exit to the area where we were to pick up the van were good. But when we arrived at the meeting place we were told to look for a sign that said "SAW". We saw many signs but none with that name. Finally, we saw one that said "SW" and that proved to be the correct place. The car was not ready, and we were told to wait which took longer than expected. Finally, we were taken to our van in the garage. We were expecting a nice vehicle, but instead were put in a van that was very dirty on the outside and just not much better on the inside. The seats were uncomfortable and not adjustable, and we could barely see out the windows because we were sitting so low. Overall, it was very disappointing.

Needed at the airport.

So once we identified the correct person at the meeting point it was great. Not an issue with Saw travel but a different person told us they were meeting us and kept us on the side for 20 mins until we realised they were nothing to do with Saw travel. So def double check when at the meet up point. But the actual rep was fantastic and we got our assigned car very quickly. The car was large and clean with charge points. No complaints and the driver was lovely.

We had an incredible experience in Turkey thanks to SAW Travel. From the start, they were incredibly professional, friendly, and accommodating. They did a wonderful job tailoring the itinerary to fit our specific budget and time constraints without sacrificing the quality of the experience. We traveled as a family of four (two adults and two teenage boys), and everyone had a wonderful, worry-free time. GREAT communication! We tried to do a organize a couple of things ourselves, but it would have been much easier - and cheaper - if we booked everything with them. From beginning to end we did not feel it was a good experience, they first gave only brief directions and we walked around for 30 minutes trying to find meeting place, after reaching out they gave us exit 13. Driver drove very fast and kinda reckless . We did not feel safe .. hands down would not use again

We booked a taxi both to and from Istanbul airport for 5 people. Instructions for meeting the driver at Istanbul was very clear and a video was even provided. The taxi was comfortable albeit a little smelly and the driver was friendly. Similar on our return to the airport, we were picked up near enough on time, the driver was friendly and again the taxi was a little smelly. Overall a good experience and I would definitely use them again.
