The tour was excellent! Jess was a native of Edinburgh who knew so much and made everything interesting. There are many hills and steps so definitely be in shape and wear comfortable shoes and dress in layers. The weather can change and you want to be prepared.

He is full of historical facts embellished by a writer’s imagination delivered in a Scottish accent with the requisite politeness which did not waver even as we stood under a tree to let the rain pass.
