We offer deep, personalised healing - not a spa menu, but a fully tailored session guided by your body's signals. Badria's Signature session uniquely integrates somatic bodywork (trauma-informed touch working with the nervous system), conscious breathwork, and kundalini activation (energy work facilitating emotional release and expanded awareness) into one experience. Most practitioners offer these separately. Being away from daily life creates a natural opening for deeper work. Samara's calm bay and Blue Zone pace support your nervous system in letting go of what it holds onto at home. Many visitors say their session became the highlight of their Costa Rica trip. Sessions are private, one-on-one, in a peaceful jungle setting in Buena Vista, Samara. No prior experience needed. Badria is a certified Somatic Bodywork Therapist and Kundalini Activation Facilitator rated 5.0 on Google.
