Super tour 😃
This tour was excellent from start to finish. Easy to find meeting point. Good walking pace and thoroughly entertaining. Tour guide was amazing brought life to the stories he was telling. Definitely do this tour when you go to Budapest. The 2 hours went so quickly even though we had been on our feet all day!

A wonderful way to to Budapest!
Orsi was our guide & was wonderful. She grew up here & shared lots of history & fun facts. We did the walking & public transport version. Completed around 15,000 steps & used the metro subway, a bus & tram. Had a nice Hungarian lunch. I don't think we missed any of the major highlights of Budapest & lots of extras too. Highly recommend!

Good experience on a unlimited Prosecco cruise
This particular cruise was on a small boat. Probably 60 people at most. I don’t know whether it was because the river water level was low or it was a weeknight in the summer or whatever. The enclosed downstairs the boat had no air condition so sitting down, there was definitely out of the question. The upstairs probably had enough seating for 3/4 of the people which made it kind of first come first serve for a table with chairs. The staff was very friendly and the cruise was just about the right amount of time to see Budapest at night. For the price it was a pretty good experience.

You can walk Budapest. Or...
You can walk Budapest. Or you can ride it – and see far more of the city in far less time. We booked the 3-hour All-In MonsteRoller tour. What won me over wasn't just the fun of riding – that part is guaranteed anyway – but how well the whole thing is run. Check-in and the safety briefing were professional and refreshingly straightforward, even for people who have never stood on one of these before. The rollers themselves were in excellent technical condition, with no issues at all over the full distance. Our guide Balint turned a scooter ride into a proper city tour. He explains every landmark with real background knowledge and drops in dry, well-timed humour along the way. Never preachy, never boring – exactly the right balance. With eight people, the group size was ideal: small enough that nobody gets left behind and every question gets answered. You can see Budapest from plenty of viewpoints. But you rarely see this much of the city in three hours – and you rarely have someone explain it as well as Balint does.
