What are people saying about Budapest

A delightful journey!
A delightful journey into the past in this charming artistic village. As I was the only person on this tour, I was given a private experience. My guide, Rudy, was not only very knowledgeable of the history of the village and area, but he was personable and provided a pleasant experience for me. The charm and history of this place is a must for anyone visiting Budapest.

Guided introduction to Budapest
I recommend this tour upon arrival in Budapest! We had a very good tour with Jose who is knowledgeable about the city history, and we covered an incredible amount of ground in our 2 1/2 hour tour. This is a great way to know which sites you might want to return to to spend more time as well as see places you may not have known about. Jose also knows the best photo opportunities. This was the first time we had ever written Segway’s and Jose was a patient instructor. It’s not hard to do and he was very good about keeping an eye out for our safety and making sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend this tour.

Wonderful out of city excursion!
Our guide was Very knowledgeable about the area and the culture. Answered many questions. Accommodating, easy personality and likeable. The tour itself was educational but a bit rushed. Could have used more time at the Eger Castle to really explore the other exhibits. The UNESCO site was wonderful. Hungarian countryside is lovely.

Wonderful introduction to Budapest!
Absolutely wonderful experience for our first of three days in Budapest! Attila, our guide, was funny, energetic, and attentive. We so appreciated all of Attila's knowledge and enthusiasm in making sure our tour was informative and fun. Can't recommend this tour--with Attila!--more!

Budapest is a fascinating city to explore, and the Hungarian capital is a handy starting point for full-day excursions. Once you’ve had your fill of the city, get out and explore quaint villages, embark on a river cruise, or sip on the region’s famed wines; visitors can even hit up nearby European capitals. Not only do Budapest day trips lead you away from the usual crowds, but they also let travelers immerse themselves in Hungary’s unique landscapes and history.
