His friendly and easygoing manner made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.
The car ride was comfortable and pleasant, and the pacing of the day was perfect — we never felt rushed, but we also saw and experienced so much. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and Joseph made sure we had the best vantage points and plenty of time to take it all in.
Overall, it was a beautifully organized day with a fantastic guide. Highly recommend!

Booked this tour on advice from a fellow Celebrity Edge passenger. They weren't wrong. Joseph was an amazing tour guide. Clean, comfortable mini van. Great narration and conversation. Loved the stop at the wildlife park, got great pictures and we definitely made the most of our time with his guidance. His lunch recommendation was spot on. The stops at the lookouts were perfect. He skillfully navigated us through the Scenic park, avoiding unnecessary lines and making the most of our time on the cable car, mountain train and sky way. He even found us a lovely store to purchase an opal we were looking for. Highly recommend Joseph and this tour company.

This was an excellent tour. Our guide Joseph was exceptional and gave us background on both Sydney as well as the stops. Some very interesting legends. We got lucky with the weather and got to see both the falls as well as the 3 sisters.

This was our first private tour, for us a great choice to make the most of our short stay in Sydney. Shevy was a great driver and guide, we learned a lot about countryside and people. Shevy adapted the tour to our preferences e.g., we skipped Scenic World and spent more quality time in nature. We had a wonderful day, felt safe and learned a lot. Like mentioned, it was our first private tour and a great choice given the duration of our stay - it is, however, not a cheap endeavor.

This was a well-organised tour with a great itinerary. Our driver and guide was superb despite having what for many would have been a challenging day since the weather was, to say the least, not kind to us! But that didn't stop us from making the most of a beautiful part of Australia, rich in history. The air was clean, the landscape stunning. I had a great time with this travel company! The host was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the experience. I particularly appreciated how we followed my pace, which made the trip much more enjoyable. However, my only suggestion would be to include more attractions or activities in the itinerary. After a while, I found myself wishing there were more things to do. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would recommend them for a relaxing and well-guided trip!

I booked a private tour for the Blue Mountains, the weather was horrible, impossible to see anything. Honestly a waste of money and wasted my day.
I do understand that no one is responsible for weather conditions, but it will have been very professional by the company to check the weather the same morning and cancel or postpone the trip.

Sorry Youssef on behalf of "Weather & AusGuides", and we’re sad to hear the weather affected your tour. We did inform Viator of the forecast for the rest of the week, and after discussing with you, the decision was made to proceed.
We serve a variety of customers from all over the world, some enjoy rainy tours while others prefer clear skies hence "We operate in rainy days too" and we have put that in our description as well to make the process easier for our customers so that they can book accordingly but we are still sorry if you missed it.
Despite this, our guide went an extra mile and offered a complimentary visit to Featherdale Zoo (worth $220), Kangaroos Petting (worth $89), showing the city and accommodated special drop-off requests to make the best of the day.
While weather is beyond our control, we advise all guests to check the forecast and advise us their needs so that we can book their tours accordingly.
We still apologize that the experience didn’t meet your expectations and hope to welcome you back in better weather.

Joseph picked us up from the hotel on time and began to share details of our itinerary. We were impressed with his knowledge of the Blue Mountains and related history. Joseph customized the tour to our liking, adding breaks or stops along the way that were of additional interest. We avoided the larger bus tours and smaller group tours which enabled a more memorable experience and pictures from which to remember this adventure! I would highly recommend a private tour for those wishing for an increased experience, lower stress, and more memories!

The trip was wonderful even though the weather did not cooperate on a number of planned stops. Joseph was very flexible and made the best of it for us.

Pictures cannot capture all the amazing places in the Blue Mountains you need to experience them in person. And there is no better way than with a private tour there! Joseph our driver was great. He provided a vast amount of information and some of his own pictures (since it was somewhat foggy the day we went). Muz and Joseph are both wonderful! They both put in extra time and effort to customized our tour to meet our every hope. It ended up being 11 hours and was beyond fabulous: very informative about history and culture, the geology, animals and natural features. They added Featherdale and the Koala Kinder Experience along with Scenic World and the impressive look out points in the Blue Mountains. Joseph never rushed us and thoroughly explained what we were seeing. The conversations were so interesting and enjoyable! Wow! We both loved our full day tour of the Blue Mountains with Joseph. He was an awesome guide, very knowledgable and with a great sense of humor. My husband uses a walker and he quickly understood how our pace of touring would be and quickly accommodated us and helped us. He made many great stops in the Blue Mountains, we rode the cable car across and he even adjusted our schedule so we could see Featherdale Wildlife Park as a friend had recommended it. It was a glorious day all around. He took us also to a nice restaurant so we could have lunch. Joseph's English was perfect and I recommend him for any kind of tour, for young or older like us. Joseph was also a very good driver and we had a lot of fun understanding the driving laws and laws in general in Australia. I highly recommend Joseph for his enthusiasm, energy, knowledge and sense of fun. A++++!!! We just love Viator and each tour we have taken with them has been superb. Thank you!

We had a great time on this tour. My husband has a prosthetic leg, and our guide Joseph was very accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure that we could see as much as possible without overdoing it. Joseph was very knowledgeable about the area and its history. Wow what a great private trip . Joseph was fantastic & took us to places the coaches didn’t go to. We saw fantastic views of the blue mountains from different angles at various stop offs! We had a lovely lunch at the yellow deli in Katoomba recommended by Joseph . The steepest railway was great fun & we had a lovely walk on the rainforest floor . All in all a great day & Joseph was excellent & very knowledgable !
