Departure from Spinola Bay (St. Julian's): The boat departs from Spinola Jetty in Spinola Bay, the jetty is located directly opposite the Happy Dayz Shack.

Departure from St. George's Bay (St. Julian's): The boat departs from the jetty located behind the Verdi St. George’s Bay Marina Hotel in St. George’s Bay, St. Julian’s. When you arrive at this location, near the entrance to the hotel’s underground parking lot, you will see a black iron gate. Go through the gate, proceed down the ramp, turn left, and follow the yellow line painted on the ground until you reach the jetty where the boats and jet skis are parked.

Please note that if you book the departure from Spinola Bay, the activity cannot be transferred to St. George's Bay. Be sure to arrive at the correct meeting point based on your selected departure location.

It is crucial that you arrive at the departure location you have chosen 20 minutes before your scheduled flight time. This is necessary for the briefing and preparation required to proceed with the flight. The boat cannot wait for late arrivals and will leave precisely 20 minutes before your scheduled flight time. Therefore, please ensure you fully understand the timings. Your flight time is not the time you should arrive at the departure location; make sure to arrive earlier, as indicated, to avoid missing your session.

The flight itself lasts approximately 10 minutes. The total duration of the activity, including preparation, departure, and return, ranges from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the number of participants booked for the session.

The captain will always have the final say regarding the safety of all guests on board. If the activity is cancelled due to safety concerns—such as poor weather, rough seas, or strong winds—you will have the option to reschedule for another day or receive a full refund.

Children under 5 years old are not permitted to participate.

Children aged 5 and older can participate in parasailing but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Luggage and suitcases are not allowed on the boat.
