Saw a great variety of London and the guide was very knowledgeable. Just be warned of construction that can cause some delays.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR VIA 3rd party!!!! Book directly with the tour guide and DO NOT book the tour with the “live guide” (about $48 US per person) because it doesn’t include the hop on-off benefit AND you’ll pay less on the tour operator website. You are stuck on the bus for 2 hours with the driver you’ve got. No on-off privileges. Our guide (and older gentleman) spoke SO fast, mixing in English humor and sarcasm within such a thick accent that we couldn’t understand the majority of what he said. What we could understand, we couldn’t tell if he was joking or serious. It was terrible. Please go straight to the tour operator website or buy from the vendor reps on the street - they are everywhere. This was a complete waste of time and we will now have to buy the hop-on/hop-off tickets anyway. Our party of 4 was $193 US and it was a complete waste of time and money.

We loved the history of the city and the stories of the buildings and bridges. We had the best guide. I didnt get his name but he was married with daughters and grand kids. He made the tour fascinating, fun and educational!

Had a wonderful tour. Showed us everything that we expected to see. Dominic was awesome. He knew so much and was funny articulate and had a lot to say about everything. I would have given this tour five stars had he not talked so fast. It was very informative though well worth the money it gave us a sense of London.

The hard part was finding the right meeting point. We put the address in and walked very fast to be on time. When we got there the bus that pulled up was the right company but it was a hop on hop off bus that’s went 3 hours instead of the 1.5 hours we wanted originally. Some of the earphone jacks didn’t work. I asked the man as we entered if it was the right tour and he just ushered us on not even checking our ticket. It was nice to be in open air after a long flight though.

There was consistent confusion regarding the 2 Hour Tour with this Company. We never did find anyone who knew of the 2 Hour Tour so we were given the two one hour Hop-On, Hop-Off tours, the Red Line and then the Blue Line. The tours themselves were very good and we enjoyed them but I would not promote the 2 Hour non-stop tour if there isn't one that exists.

I paid about $70 for this tour and nobody asked for my ticket. It was a hop on hop off bus and I signed up for a 2 hour non stop tour. According to the tour company no such tour exists, I verified my viator information with them, I was at the correct place, they told me no such tour exists. Not sure why viator has this listed as a thing.

After overnight flights and getting situated in our VRBO, this was our first tour on our first day in London. It was a great way to see the city and map out the rest of our activities in an exciting but leisurely way. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy the sights and commentary on this fun tour of the beautiful city of London. It does get windy atop the bus as it is open air so just be sure to bring an extra layer!
