Pompeii Walking Tour
There was 15 of us & we all had a brilliant time on our Pompeii walking tour. The guide was engaging, knowledgeable, and brought the history to life with great stories and humour. It was well organised, never rushed, and we saw so much more than we would have on our own. Definitely recommend doing a guided tour—it made the whole experience far more memorable.

Highly Recommend - Informative Tour followed by Great Wine/Lunch
Nice pairing - 2 hour guided tour in Pompeii, very informative, guide was interesting and informative. Followed by a wine tasting/lunch on Mt. Vesuvius. There were only 4 of us on the Pompeii tour and then only 2 of us on the wine tasting so it felt private, easy to ask questions, hear the guide, etc. Pompeii streets ae uneven, make sure you wear appropriate shoes. We paid extra for the hotel transfers, pricey but worth it.

Best Rome trip ever
The best excursion we have had from Rome! What an awesome comfortable drive to Pompeii with Luca, our driver. The tour with Gino was very comprehensive. He has been a guide there for over 40 years and we know we had the best! The trip to Sorento with stops for views and surprise and lunch on the seaside was amazing!

Mind Blowing Pompeii
Daniela was great. She really brought Pompeii to life. From the very beginning, she made us feel as though we travelled back in time. She was very knowledgeable and navigated the crowds. I thought I knew what to expect on this tour, but my mind was blown away.

Pompeii is one of Italy’s most popular attractions, and the well-preserved buildings and roads of the city can give you a greater understanding of ancient Rome. Don’t miss out while in Italy—there are Pompeii day trips you can take from Naples or Rome, so you have a bit of flexibility with your itinerary. Some day-trip options pair Pompeii with another destination, such as the Amalfi Coast or the island of Capri, and some include an expert guide to help you make sense of the site's history.
