Fun in Tulum

Great experience with Israel and crew. He was very patient with us. I had an ankle injury acting up and was always behind and needed some assistance but he was very helpful the whole time.The guide that showed us around tulum was only there for that leg and we didn't realize that and didn't get to tip him. He was provided great insight on the Tulum ruins.

Go book it’s SO worth it

Amazing experience from start to finish! All the guides were hands-on, welcoming, and helpful, making sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire experience. Dana was especially amazing! She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, supportive, and had such a great personality. Her energy and charisma made the experience even more enjoyable. You can tell the team genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a great time. I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Cancun!

Buggy tour

This was an amazing experience it was such good fun. The guides were great, buggy’s through jungle was fab and the Cenote was beautiful. The only negative thing I would say is the trip states you visit a Mayan village which you don’t. The guide explained that it is too dangerous which is fair enough but I think it should be taken out of description. This did not spoil our day and would definitely recommend the trip.

Beautiful place, but with excessive prices

A beautiful experience, but with costs that are too high Our visit to Xcaret was very nice. The park is spectacular, it is very well maintained and offers a special combination of nature, Mexican culture, activities, and truly beautiful scenery. It is a place that is worth visiting and that leaves very special memories. However, I consider that the costs are too high for an experience that, in practice, does not really feel like an all-inclusive. After paying a considerable entrance fee, encountering various additional services and expenses can be frustrating. One point that particularly caught our attention was the price of the photographs. We understand that it is an additional service, but the prices seemed exaggeratedly high to us, especially considering the general cost of the visit. Xcaret is, without a doubt, a very beautiful and different experience, but I believe that they could review their pricing policy and offer a more balanced relationship between what the visitor pays and what is finally included.

Great “Express” Tour

This was a great tour, especially if you’re short on time and just want to see the Mayan ruins at Chichen Itza. Many of the other tours take much longer because they include side trips to a Cenote and etc. But this fit my schedule perfectly. Great, knowledgeable tour guide, bottled water, sodas and snacks as well as sandwiches for lunch provided.

great time

10/10 would recommend!!!! the staff were friendly and all the activities were so fun. I went on a Monday so the lines went by fast. only tip is book the one that includes shuttle service or else you’ll have to uber/ taxi which was easy but not ideal. also went for my birthday and they give you a special helmet and a cake which was very sweet.

Chichen Itza experience

The staff were wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for a better staff than them. With that being said, it was a long day. One of the stops felt slightly unnecessary, but it was my choice to pick that excursion, so please read the excursion details carefully before selecting one. The Chichen Itza experience felt overwhelming for me. The reason being, I couldn’t fully immerse myself in the experience because of the line of vendors from the beginning of the walkway all the way to the pyramids. For me, I need to be immersed in the culture—experiencing the past while connecting it with the present—not constantly being approached and harassed to purchase items. I felt that the vendors should be stopped at a certain point rather than being allowed all the way around the pyramid.

Fantastic guide and good mexican experience

Sergio was an excellent guide. It was a pleasure to listen to his stories and ask all sorts of questions about the Mayan history. Cenote was great. Lunch great. Tequila tasting great. The bus could have been a bit more comfy to be honest, quite tight for tall people but overall great experience.

Everyone should do this trip!

We had an incredible experience on this trip! The mini bus arrived on time and everything was well organised! We had Jorge Luis and I’m sorry I forgot the drivers name but they were both friendly, funny and always made sure we were ok, well hydrated and not hungry! We got complimentary water and snacks on the bus! The trip itself is one everyone should do! The Mayan Ruins were incredible to see! Luis gave us a tour with lots of interesting information and then we had an hour to walk around ourselves! Then we went to the cenote! Which were stunning!!!! We had a Mayan perform a ritual on us! We went into the deepest cave we were allowed in and Luis told us the history and how it all worked! (Pre warning it’s cold but you get used to it!)! The turtles were next! We saw so many turtles it was amazing to see them in their natural habitat! The day we went it was a little choppy at sea but we still managed to see them clearly and quite a few of them! (Even a baby one!) Finally we went to lunch! It was on a lovely secluded beach and the food was delicious! All in all a fantastic trip! Highly recommend!

Great, but here are some tips

It was a great tour. The cenote for bathing and jumping was great, as was the ATV ride and the tequila tasting. A highlight was also the zipline upside down. Omar was a good guide!:) Tips: Swim slippers for quick and comfortable use, a cloth under your nose and (if possible) glasses when riding ATV Note: the tour goes on longer than we thought. We booked for 1:30 p.m., and with the journey times we added 1h front and rear.
