This experience was easy and coordinated from start to finish. Elisabeth provided clear and constant communication. She even provided different options when the tour we selected was sold out by the national park. Excellent experience - if you just want a pick up to take you to PR1/PR3 then this is for you. Our driver picked us up with plenty of time to get to Pico do Arieiro. We arrived at dark so we could see the whole sunrise. We were given about 3 hours to watch the sunrise and complete PR1. The whole experience was smooth. We would definitely recommend.
