This was a great experience and our tour guide (I believe his name was Eric) was very informative, he showed us how to use our phones with his tripod binoculars to take amazing pictures of the wildlife, and we could tell he loved what he did! We saw sloths, frogs, monkeys, and rare owl during the day

This was by far our favorite activity so far, the waterfall was beautiful and so refreshing - but it is a strenuous way back up in the humidity and there are rather steep stairs, so it may not be for everyone. The lunch was fabulous, the volcano was amazing and the guides gave us so many facts about the history of the whole area! The volcano hike has some hiking up steep stairs, but not nearly as much. The hot springs were nice after a long day of hiking! The timing was off a bit, which did have us a little stressed out to begin with. Our pickup time was 30 mins after the advertised start time of the overall experience, and it was only about a total of 8 hours overall rather than the advertised 11. Which was plenty, don't get me wrong - I certainly would not have wanted to do anything more after the long day, just a little different than advertised. Highly recommended excursion!

Coffee and chocolate - what else do you need?
This was a very interesting and informative tour. You might have a general idea of how coffee and chocolate are made, but it was nice to learn about the details and intricacies of the process. We got to try lots of samples of chocolates and coffee and they have a nice shop too. Fun experience!

Great experience
What a wonderful experience! We were lucky to see two kinds of monkeys one being a whole family with a baby ! Go early ! Bring a rain jacket ! The views are amazing! We had a tour guide she made stops along the way to spot animals and different types of snakes. Also got to see a pair of owls, toucans and a sloth ! Very lucky! Very cool crossing the bridges
