The only problem was that we thought we were getting picked up at 9:30 am and that was instead the start time of the program, so our driver was ready for us at 7am. It’s a bit of a technical hike but not too strenuous and the river crossings and tunnels/caves were a blast. Our guide Samuel was outstanding in every way.

Our guide Allan was amazing and very knowledgeable. Additionally, he was very accommodating and helped out with some extras. Lunch was soo good, Rafting was more than I anticipated in a good way - thought it was a lazy river type but had some small “rapids” which we enjoyed. HUGE thank you to the entire team. This catamaran cruise experience was absolutely amazing and unforgettable. My husband and I did this excursion on our honeymoon and it was spectacular. This tour felt very intimate compared to the other big-grouped catamaran tours. The crew was incredibly attentive — we swam to the beach, snorkeled, laid out on the big float. Great tour. We were 3 sisters joined by another couple. Stopped at a waterfall where there was an option to swim. Next we traveled to a coffee and chocolate farm where we learned about the plants, the process and sampled the coffee and cacao. Our next stop was the nature preserve where we had lunch (very good) and toured the animal preserve. The walk around the preserve was very easy and our guide Stephanie was excellent at spotting animals. She had binoculars and a telescope on a tripod we could use as well. Saw 4 sloths, 2 babies, frogs, and birds.

Fun family trip

We had a lovely time with Charly leading our tour. The coffee plantation experience was really informative. We got to pick actual coffee beans and process them, producing, what my coffee loving husband claims is one of the best cups of coffee he has ever had in his life. Charly was really on top of the weather patterns at the volcano and had us wait for the perfect view of the Poás crater. We even met a coati at the beautiful water fall! Shout out to the tasty lunch, too! Top quality casado and really good drinks.

This is a must do! My family and I had a fantastic time! Christian was welcoming and accommodating. We arrived a little early but it wasn’t a problem, Christian was ready for us. He took great care of us. We saw local neighborhoods and beautiful scenery on the way to the two amazing beaches! Make sure you bring a bandana/buff. Incredible sunset from the water

Wonderful catamaran cruise and great snorkeling! The boat was big and even though there were a number of people on the cruise, it didn't feel crowded. The snorkeling was fantastic and we got to see a lot fish! The sunset was absolutely stunning! Definitely worth the money and a great experience.

We highly recommend this...

We highly recommend this combination of ATV touring and zip lining. My wife and I each drove our own ATVs. There was instruction and a little practice area that allowed us to become familiar with the vehicles. Our Tour Leader, Hilmar, was WONDERFUL and provided great instruction. The ride up to the zip lining course took about 25 minutes. There were two guides who expertly led us down the 9 different zip lines. The duration was about 45 minutes. At the bottom, Hilmar was waiting with our ATVs, to lead us on the 25 minute trip back to main office. The ATV ride is very dusty. Definitely wear a bandana across your face and clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty.
