Staff were all friendly, the scheduled time was on time, and the ride up and back were worth the money.
Jonathan_O, Oct 2025
Loved the experience - great facility with lovely staff. Easy to organise a shuttle with frequent rides available. Great views from the top.
Connie_B, Oct 2025
Easy booking and arrival, great experience. Thoroughly enjoyed the hike after the skytram trip to the top!
Li_K, Oct 2025
The trip was very good, and we had excellent views. However, the worst part was that the Jasper SkyTram system shown up our Viator booking number. We had to wait for more than an hour to sort out the issue, which caused us to miss all the plan for the rest of the day.

Incredible views, hiking as leisurely or strenuous as you want, and the café is a must for lunch as the burger and beef sandwiches were exceptional!
Odalis_S, Sep 2025
Friendly staff and well run operation. Gondola was large and the operator was informative. Great view up at the top but very windy. Be ready for cold and wind. I didn’t stay long after getting pictures.

Really fun trip up Whistler mountain. We left at 10.30am and had a nice coffee and pastries before heading up the mountain to the top. It's high altitude so expect to go slow. Well worth getting to the top for the views. Very easy trip back down.

Book online before showing up. Dress warm! Dogs allowed. Free parking, need about 1.5 hours with kids.
Donna_K, Sep 2025
We really enjoyed seeing the mountain top even though the visibility was very poor because of forest fires in the Northwest Territories. Worth the trip under any circumstances!
Ashraf_A, Aug 2025
Be ready to hike up the mountain, a view that will take your breath away. Walk above the clouds and enjoy
April_p, Aug 2025
Awesome views! The ride took 7 min. There is a restaurant and observation deck. There is also a hike to the summit, if interested. We did it and glad we did. It is up hill though.
Tam_B, Aug 2025
It is about 10° colder at the top and quite windy so you’ll want to dress warm. But it’s SO worth it.

Amazing place to visit, photos don’t do justice to the beauty. Must go with family and friends or alone.
Sue_M, Aug 2025
Excellent place and priced right plenty of time staff was amazing . Views are spectacular this was our 2nd visit from upstate NY
shaun_s, Aug 2025
It was very efficient, punctual, well organised and safe. The views were incredible, the staff were very polite.
Bridget_G, Aug 2025
We loved this activity! The ride up was beautiful even with a rainy sky. The rain passed while we were up there so we got to see everything both ways: cloudy and blue skys. The hike is moderately hard but well worth the views. We also saw a Marmot which was very cool. Would do this again in a heartbeat!
Marc_J, Aug 2025
Hardly the SkyTram fault but when it’s raining and dull there is not a lot to enjoy really. The breakfast was nice if not a little pricey!
The facilities themselves seemed quite tired.
Cindy_G, Jul 2025
The view was awesome. Be ready to be squished like sardines into the skytram. Extremely uncomfortable. When I mentioned the high number of people to the operator, she said I should be happy it wasn't a hot day as it was pretty bad in the tram then. Not the experience I was anticipating.
MaCristina_A, Jul 2025
We really had a great experienced and we enjoyed it so much. We highly recommend it to everyone who haven’t did it yet
Prity_U, Jul 2025
It was a very good experience! One of the must see in Jasper! The ride up was very smooth and great views if the tram is not crowded. That is the only drawback - overcrowded trams!
Always go early in the day or take the later times to avoid crowds.
The day was clear, so views were amazing from all sides, you can see all the mountain peaks and all of Jasper!
Christine_W, Jul 2025
Astonishingly beautiful 360 degree view over all of Jasper. You can see all mountain peaks and lakes for miles around. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
MohammedHanif_A, Jun 2025
It was a good experience. However it was very expensive. Also, the tram was crowded. Too many people
Keith_H, Jun 2025
Excellent half day spent in the mountains. We drove from Jasper town centre, about 10 minutes, but shuttle buses are available. You are transported standing up as if you were on a tube/subway train but a knowledgable guide explains the main features. At the summit, you have boardwalks for a 360 degree panoramic view. The path to the summit is well marked but steep, stony & gravelly - please wear appropriate footwear (2 people wore flip flops!!). There are a couple of loops from the main path which are less steep. The Upper Station has a very good restaurant and gift shop. Overall, the cost may seem high but it is worth every cent - just hope it is a clear day for the stunning views
Annemarie_R, Jun 2025
The Gondola takes about 12 people gently up the mountain. When you get off the hard work starts! Wear good footwear as it’s quite a hike to the top of the mountain but it’s well worth it for the panoramic views of Jasper and the surrounding mountains, rivers and lakes. Depending on how often you stop to admire the view (or catch your breath) you will need at least 2 hours at the top.
Gillian_C, Jun 2025
A must do if visiting Jasper, ride up is stunning, we had a lovely clear day, views from all side are amazing, you can trek up to the summit but we only did a partial climb. Restaurant at the top is small and there is not really anywhere to sit if the weather isn't good. Quite expensive for 1 to 2 hours but the views are worth it.
JoseE_E, Jun 2024
Great experience despite we started with nice chilly weather then snow fell while we're on the top! Fun experience
Sanne_N, Oct 2023
It was very easy to have this booked in advance. We walked to the top after taking the Skytram (not the easiest walk, but worth it). The view is spectacular!
Yan_L, Sep 2023
The experience of jasper skytram itself was great, we see amazing view after take the ride. The annoy part is Viator booked our time in system by mistake. We booked 11:20am’s skytram on Sep 7 and the confirmation email also displayed same date and time. But when we arrived Jasper skytram, we’ve been told that it showed 4pm in system and there’s no way for us to take 11:20am’s skytram as we booked before. After discussed with manager on-site, we were allowed to take 12:15’s ride. Since it was our last day at Jasper, 1 hours delay did kind of mess up our original plan. We’ve been told the mistake was caused by third party Viator. I hope Viator could double check their booking system so that same thing won’t happen to other customer next time.

Meeting the chap from
Cwmbran, south wales 🏴 Uk at the top
It was an experience and I would recommend it to everyone
Floyd_M, Sep 2023
The reason I gave it a one is because they put 30 people in a tram that's made for about 10 you're tight against each other and it sucks, and no one can see
