Fun way to spend a morning
Johnny was a great tour guide. He showed us lots of wildlife and gave us time to watch the animals and take pictures. We saw 2 hawks chasing a heron, monkeys, lizards, sleeping bats, and other creatures. He also taught us about the mangrove forest. Lunch at the soda afterwards was delicious.

Informative and fun Manuel Antonio guided tour
We did a nature tour with Danny (Daniel). He bought the national park tickets in advance, gave us useful directions and found us parking very close to the park.
We saw 3 sloths, 3 snakes, so many monkeys, iguanas.
We even saw an iguana hunt and catch a crab.
After the tour, we relaxed on the beautiful beach.
Manuel Antonio is truly a highly bio diverse and very beautiful place.

Great tour and guide
It was my family’s first time in Costa Rica. Visiting the national park was top of our list of things to do/see. Our tour guide Javier was so nice, knowledgeable, and had a sharp eye for spotting even the smallest animals. He was quick to set up his scope and share scientific information on each animal and their importance to the country. Thanks to him we were able to see both species of sloths, howler monkeys, capuchin monkeys, different butterflies, bats, different birds, tadpoles hanging from a leaf, hummingbirds, iguana, land crabs, aracari, stick bugs. We also spent some time on the Manuel Antonio beach and he even educated us about the poisonous Manchineal tree that is often found on Costa Rican beaches. The only negative about the excursion, that is no fault of Javier the tour guide, is there’s a lot of walking. Might not be ideal for young children unless you have a stroller. We had an 8 and 10 year old with us and it was hard for them because of the heat and humidity. We would still highly recommend this tour and Javier. Pura vida!

Great excursion for all
This excursion was great for the entire family! We have 4 young kids and everyone enjoyed the music, the slides jumping from the boat, and relaxing on the trampoline like nets at the back of the boat. The crew was very attentive and routinely offered fresh drinks for both adults and kids. The spit that the chose to have us enjoy a swim in the water was calm which made it easy for families to look after multiple children. Kids and adults alike all enjoyed the slides and jumping off the deck. The food was incredibly authentic, restaurant quality with generous portions and plenty to go around. I highly recommend this excursion as a way to spend quality time together while relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery.

This was an awesome...
This was an awesome experience. I was very nervous at the heights and the guides were fantastic and made it a very fun experience! The lunch was delicious and it was well worth the trip! Others in my tour group did the zip line in Monteverde, but comparing our experiences, I think this one was better, you can’t go wrong with booking this tour!

Our kids insisted on this...
Our kids insisted on this tour and I am glad we did it. It was totally worth the time spent and the price. They offered multiple fruits and snacks to taste - chocolate covered frozen banana, sugarcane, soursop, fresh banana, home made rum, papaya, mango, cacao fruits. We ground coffee and cocoa beans, they made hot cocoa and coffee out of it, served them to us. They also gave us handmade chocolates. Plus, lot of historical information shared on coffee and cacao.

Fantastic hike!
What an incredible hike! It wasn't nearly as hard or as long as I thought it would be. I could see this hike being difficult for someone who doesn't do any cardio or hiking regularly. There is a super steep hill about a half mile long (no joke longest hill I've ever walked) at the beginning and the rest is relatively flat.
I did it in my low top hiking boots and they were perfect. I definitely would not do this hike in regular water shoes, or hiking sandles.
Bring a towel and leave in the car. We got rained on and forgot to bring a towel/dry clothes for the car.

This white water rafting...
This white water rafting experience was one of the highlights from our time in La Fortuna. Joseph was an awesome guide and ensured we had a fun and safe day on the river. The lunch after the rafting trip was delicious. All in all it was a great day and we would definitely recommend!

Education never tasted so...
Education never tasted so good! Was so informative but not overwhelming. Best part we tasted what we just learned about.
Then the sloths although hard to see with the naked eye the guide's scope gave a clear view. Despite lots of rain, was a great morning.

Great Experience
This was a great experience. The boat had plenty of room. It was covered for people who didn't want to be in the sun all day. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was very friendly. We loved the music and people were dancing and having a good time. We got to see dolphins up close and the snorkeling was good. The snorkeling could have been better but it was cloudy and sometimes hard to see. There was a lot of swimming in order to keep up with our guide which was hard at times. We had a blast though and I would recommend it again!

Informative and still fun!
This was an interesting and informative tour. Even my teens had a good time learning something which was nice to see. The tour guide were full of information about their country and history, and were able to answer any questions that came up. Totally worthwhile for informative tour and still fun time.

La Leona waterfall hike/tour
The experience was excellent and we highly recommend it. The only problem was that we thought we were getting picked up at 9:30 am and that was instead the start time of the program, so our driver was ready for us at 7am. It’s a bit of a technical hike but not too strenuous and the river crossings and tunnels/caves were a blast. Our guide Samuel was outstanding in every way.
