This was a private tour,...
This was a private tour, and the guide was very nice and flexible. You have the opportunity to choose how much time to spend at each location. One of the notable places in the tour was where Arthur Conan Doyle spent a year of his formative education in Austria.

Amazing waterfalls, lakes & the Alps!
Sebastian clearly wanted to make sure we had the best experience! Offering to take our photo and making sure we had water or bathroom breaks. It really was a 10 hour trip, but completely worth it to be able to see so many indescribable natural treasures in Switzerland in one day. We are so glad we did not take a big bus tour to do this. The big buses cannot make it to the tight areas, parking lots, or narrow roads that our guide could take us to. Do bring good walking shoes since one stop has a short forest climb to see a stunning waterfall. If you have time in Grindelwald, take the cable car option to the mountaintop and have lunch at the restaurant while looking at the Alps. This excursion was our mountain top experience of being in Switzerland & we will be talking about it for years! Well done, Sebastian!

Lianna was a wonderful...
Lianna was a wonderful tour guide. She was a local who shared her deep historical knowledge. It gave us both a historical and local perspective. She also provided us with many other insights into Zurich. We really enjoyed the experience and would do it again.

Matterhorn…an experience of a lifetime!!!
This was a once in a lifetime experience! To see Matterhorn in person is like seeing something that has only been in pictures from afar.
Our guide was Rolf…he was incredibly nice and informative. We even sat down for lunch together and enjoyed learning about Swiss culture and Swiss life. It was much more than just seeing Zermatt and Matterhorn. We would highly recommend this experience and especially our time with Rolf.

Unfortunately it was a cold overcast day. Our tour guide was on time , knowledgeable and provided us with excellent detaills about sites we passed. If it had been warmer and we weren’t zipped in it would have been nice to get some pictures. Oh well can’t control the weather. We recommend this tour.

Fabulous tour
Balihar was very personable and knowledgeable. He was always up beat and had a smile on his face. He showed us beautiful spots to have coffee and lunch, where it wasn’t so touristy. Not pushy to keep moving, gave us space to do what we wanted. He was very accommodating and really went the extra mile for us!

Zurich: Guided Daytrip to Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen & Interlaken
My husband and I took the Zurich: Guided Daytrip to Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen & Interlaken on April 21, 2026, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything was well organized and thoughtfully executed.
Our guides, Jean and Renate, were exceptional both knowledgeable and engaging, striking the perfect balance between sharing insights and giving us space to explore. Their energy and professionalism made the day even more enjoyable.
A special mention to our driver, Jimmy, who expertly maneuvered the bus through the narrow, winding mountain roads with confidence and ease. His skill made what could have been a nerve-wracking drive feel completely comfortable and safe.
Grindelwald was absolutely breathtaking, and the Mount First gondola ride is an absolute must. The views are nothing short of spectacular; easily the most beautiful scenery I have ever experienced. Lauterbrunnen’s valley and waterfalls felt like something out of a postcard, and Interlaken provided the perfect complement to the day.
If you’re considering this tour, don’t overthink it, book it. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience some of Switzerland’s most iconic and stunning landscapes in a single day.

The 3 C’s - Church, cheese & chocolate
The views while on this tour were spectacular. Seeing & learning the history of Switzerland is a big reason why this tour is well worth going on. We got to get out of the cities & see the country “life”. The monastery church was amazing, the cheese was yummy and the chocolate was delicious! What more could you want?

Awesome day trip to the Mountains
We had a beautiful day trip into the Alps from Zürich. Joshua was informative and took us to our honeymoon spots that we hadn’t visited in 40 years - Lauterbrunnen and Murren. He also made sure our adult kids got on the right train to travel further up in the mountains for an extra day of skiing. He also made us a tasty awesome raclette lunch. It was a fun, beautiful day.

Luxury Must See Switzerland Tour
This is an opportunity that you must experience in Switzerland. We had the pleasure of having Fernando, who is the amazing CEO of this company, be our guide. He is extremely informative on a lot of the history in Switzerland. This experience will allow you to see Switzerland at your own pace. The places we stopped were absolutely beautiful. All of the landmarks that Fernando navigated for us to see were indescribable. It felt like he curated an adventure specifically for us to see all of the majestic wonders of Switzerland. I highly would recommend this tour to anyone, whether it’s your first time in Switzerland or not. When I come back to Switzerland, I will be booking with Sierra Luxury Tours again.

When we arrived at the bus station, we approached a guy and asked if he was the one who will guide us to the tour. He gave us a big smile and he talked to us politely. We felt so welcomed and relaxed throughout the day trip.
Also the tour guide Stephano was friendly and the bus was so clean and comfortable. Trip was amazing!

Unforgettable Day Trip Across Four Countries!
Such a fun way to see four countries in one day! We got a passport stamp in Liechtenstein, grabbed coffee and pastries in Austria, walked through a local farmer’s market, had amazing Italian food in Germany, and checked out the stunning Rhine Falls in Switzerland. It was such a great day, we even learned a bit of German along the way!

Not seeing something you are looking for?
Save your legs when sightseeing in Zurich and take a Zurich bus tour to check off all the must-see attractions. Like most things in this Swiss city, the buses are modern and efficient and have climate control to shield you from the unpredictable Zurich weather. Sightseeing tours by bus can shuttle you to further away attractions such as the Felsenegg cable car and orient you in Bahnhofstrasse and the Old Town. Even better: most come with guided commentary and include photo stops along the route.
