Fabulous tour
Balihar was very personable and knowledgeable. He was always up beat and had a smile on his face. He showed us beautiful spots to have coffee and lunch, where it wasn’t so touristy. Not pushy to keep moving, gave us space to do what we wanted. He was very accommodating and really went the extra mile for us!

The 3 C’s - Church, cheese & chocolate
The views while on this tour were spectacular. Seeing & learning the history of Switzerland is a big reason why this tour is well worth going on. We got to get out of the cities & see the country “life”. The monastery church was amazing, the cheese was yummy and the chocolate was delicious! What more could you want?

Book this tour now - it's worth it!
Book this tour right now! It is well worth it. The private van with hotel pick-up was extremely convenient and by going in a van, we could access way more spots than the buses or train. Our guide Anouar made this a once in a lifetime experience visiting the small towns, breathtaking views, and perfect photo spots. When in Grindelwald, you truly must take the cable car up for lunch, it's worth the additional cost.
We were visiting for work and were debating all of the various options for these tours and debating between this and the Lindt Chocolate tour. We had so much fun and could not believe the views seeing so many towns, waterfalls, and Alps mountain views.

We took a chance...
We took a chance scheduling this tour for early April, and it ended up being a bit too cold for comfort. However, Balihar was an amazing guide, and showed us some beautiful spots away from the tourist scene. I’m jealous of future travelers who will see Landau island and Rapperswill with him during the warm months, when the flowers are blooming! Getting our passports stamped in Lichtenstein was also a fun surprise. A day well spent.

An amazing day in the postcard-perfect mountains of Switzerland!
Not-to-be-missed! Absolutely breathtaking day spent in the mountains with postcard-perfect views. Couldn’t stop taking photographs. Grindelwald was exceptionally beautiful. After an afternoon spent admiring the majestic snow-capped peaks and white valleys, the shorter stop at Interlaken on the way back was more of a “hot chocolate and restroom” break before the drive back to Zurich. Our tour leader Olga was excellent too - while the time at the three stops were free-and-easy, she gave us a lot of interesting background information during the ride, as well as helpful tips on food options.

Great experience
We were late for 15 minutes & the tour guide gladly waited for us. He was very nice & funny. He took us around all the main areas, even recommended restaurants, chocolate spots.
We had an reservation after our tour which gladly dropped us to (it was in old town).

When we arrived at the...
When we arrived at the bus station, we approached a guy and asked if he was the one who will guide us to the tour. He gave us a big smile and he talked to us politely. We felt so welcomed and relaxed throughout the day trip.
Also the tour guide Stephano was friendly and the bus was so clean and comfortable. Trip was amazing!

Unforgettable Day Trip Across Four Countries!
Such a fun way to see four countries in one day! We got a passport stamp in Liechtenstein, grabbed coffee and pastries in Austria, walked through a local farmer’s market, had amazing Italian food in Germany, and checked out the stunning Rhine Falls in Switzerland. It was such a great day, we even learned a bit of German along the way!

Not really fair to rate...
Not really fair to rate the experience since it was a rainy and foggy day. We did enjoy the day very much even in bad weather. The guide was excellent. I do recommend the Gold tour. The train and the cruise were very nice. We wish we could have seen the views but can’t blame that on anybody.

A meal, hike, and tour that includes such an authentic feel for Switzerland.
Monika was an excellent tour guide, driver, and helper with all things along the way. She gave us information on the bus all along our trip with fun facts about the neighborhoods in Zurich. We stopped and walked around the pier for a nice feel of Lake Zurich and its many boats. The Lindt Chocolate shop stop is just for shopping but we focused on buying only the flavors not available in the U.S. It's also worth seeing the chocolate fountain ;) The rest of the trip was so magical. We took a cable car ride up to hiking trails that take you to different towns. We walked only about 5 minutes to Felsenegg where we had our dinner with a lovely panoramic view of the lake and Zurich's surrounding areas. The restaurant is nestled up on a hill that has no access to cars and is in the middle of a farming town. We had a pre-dinner drink, some finger food, a salad, and then the traditional Swiss fondue with bread. Chocolate cake was for dessert. The weather was extremely nice and it was a very enjoyable evening. Monika was a wonderful host with so much information about life in Switzerland. We enjoyed this evening so much.

Tour of the Old City - Zürich
Vanessa was a fabulous guide! She was great with our large family group with a variety of ages. We had all types of weather and she didn’t miss a beat. We enjoyed her friendliness, knowledge, and playful humor. Thank you Vanessa for an enjoyable tour.

Perfect day in every way!
Two city trains and two cog wheel trains to get to the top of Gornergrat and Michael coordinated it all perfectly. He even ran ahead each time we changed trains to make sure we were able to get a good seat. The multiple train rides were worth it when we arrived at our destination…the top of Gornergrat! What breathtaking beauty! The sun was shining so we had a perfect day to see all the peaks including the Matterhorn. Michael took so many great pictures of us. It was like having our own personal photographer with us! Michael suggested we have lunch on the outside terrace. It was 37 degrees Fahrenheit but with the sun shining, it was perfect to sit outside and enjoy our cheese raclette. From the top of Gornergrat we took the cog wheel train back to Zermatt and spent time visiting all the special spots that Michael was familiar with in Zermatt. Such a perfect day! Seeing the Matterhorn allows me to cross one thing off my bucket list. My husband loved the tour as much as I did. The memories and photos we were able to bring home with us will be treasured for years to come. Our thanks to Michael for a marvelous day!!

Not seeing something you are looking for?
Save your legs when sightseeing in Zurich and take a Zurich bus tour to check off all the must-see attractions. Like most things in this Swiss city, the buses are modern and efficient and have climate control to shield you from the unpredictable Zurich weather. Sightseeing tours by bus can shuttle you to further away attractions such as the Felsenegg cable car and orient you in Bahnhofstrasse and the Old Town. Even better: most come with guided commentary and include photo stops along the route.
