What a Marvelous, Once-in-a-Lifetime Experience!
After experiencing this flight over the Falls, we later visited it on foot at Victoria Falls National Park. They are two utterly different experiences, with the helicopter flight winning out entirely. On the ground, the mist not only obscures most of the view (at least in May and June), but also is like walking through a downpour. From the sky, though, you can see everything from multiple perspectives and truly appreciate the enormity compared to the surrounding terrain. Plus, we were able to spot elephant and buffalo herds traveling to and from. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Andre proved to be a superb pilot, making sure passengers on both sides got great views.

Must see Chobe National Park, it's just amazing
The safari today was absolutely amazing! Our guide Wilson was very knowledgeable, funny and tried best to find lions during our trip... which we did. However, the boat tour was even better! OMG! We're very impressed on seeing swimming elephants and the beauty around. The Chobe National Park is just amazing and must see on your visit in Zambia, Zimbabwe or Botswana. FYI, we had our pick up from Livingstone in Zambia, 1h drive to the border. Got help through the border checks, then switched cars and had 20mins drive to the park. Next 3h wildlife viewing drive, lunch and 2.5h boat cruise. Next drive back to the border, and to Livingstone. The only thing worth also nothing that any drinks, including water are charged at the lunch, so grab one from the car if don't want to spend money.

Amazing African Sunset!
A stunning experience from start to finish! Collection from the hotel was exactly on time, the boat itself was very spacious and well equipped. The two captains on board were friendly and the service was excellent. What an amazing experience to see an African Sunset in this way!

Great way to see all the Falls!
Since the parks still charge you to enter and it’s largely self explanatory and could easily be self guided I was questioning if the tour was necessary while we were on the Zimbabwe side. The ease of taking us to the Zambia side was well worth it in the end though, and that side was maybe even more spectacular. Overall you pay for transportation (which in Zimbabwe is not cheap), rain poncho rentals (essential), and not wasting a second figuring out where to go. As it was on the cheaper side for tours I’d say it was certainly worth it instead of going on your own and of course the falls were absolutely stunning.

More than a mile (1.6 kilometers) wide, mighty Victoria Falls on Africa’s Zambezi River is among the world’s largest waterfalls. Victoria Falls tours offer visitors the most convenient and efficient ways to experience this spectacular wonder that forms a border between Zimbabwe and Zambia. Hear the thundering roar of the cascading water with a guided trip to Victoria Falls Bridge or take a thrilling helicopter ride for a bird’s-eye view of the water. Other fun excursions include whitewater rafting and dinner cruises on the Zambezi River. Or thrill-seekers might take a dip in Devil’s Pool, a natural swimming hole perched dramatically above the falls.
