Dont Miss This 5-STAR Tour - A Friend in Addis To Show You Around
Two thumbs up!! Five out of Five!! This tour is a must with this tour group. Yoki was an amazing tour guide - fun, very informative and very friendly. It was like having a good friend in the city to hang out with, learn about the country, and experience the local culture. Yoki tailored the 6 hours we had together exactly to what I asked for - a mix of history, culture, shopping, and food. The places we stopped at were truly unique (a textile making NGO, a pottery collective, a local market for souvenirs, an art gallery showcasing local artists, and the city's best coffee shop). Best of all it was FUN!! They really looked after me and went over and beyond - even asking their cousin to get me a suitcase lock as I had lost mine and we couldn't find it in the supermarket we stopped at. I plan to come back for a longer trip and hope to have it organized by them. highly recommend!

Exceptional time with Elias abs Atsede in Addis
What a knowledgeable and professional guide Elias is—and what an incredibly safe, friendly (and fantastic female!) driver Atsede is! I had the absolute best time in their company. We covered all the major places I wanted to visit and more, and I came away with a real sense of the city. It was wonderful to get up to speed on Addis, especially since so much has changed since my last visit in 2018. I highly recommended Elias and Atsede and their tour company. My booking was last minute but the tour company were very swift in communication and setup.

Can highly recommend
I had an awesome day with Yonas and Teddy. They customized the tour and pick-up time for me and took me around places I wouldn't have found otherwise. We had really nice and frank conversations about Addis, Ethiopia, and their personal lives. I can highly recommend this tour.

A day at Addis Abeba
Addis Abeba is an amazing city and I couldn’t have a better tour guide as Desale and Kulen as a great driver. Desale was very knowledgeable and explained me a lot about the history and the culture of Ethiopia. He ensured that I enjoyed every moment and ensured that I didn’t missed all the important sights. He is very professional and was very flexible to adjust the program to my needs. I was astonished on his presentation & explanation at the museum and in all other places we visited

Fantastic tour of Debre...
Fantastic tour of Debre Libanos. Our tour guide Geru was wonderful and made sure everyone was having a good time and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend to take this tour to see the countryside of Ethiopia, the gelada monkeys, Debre Libanos, and the blue Nile gorge. Very enjoyable.

A must when in Addis Ababa
We had a very short stay in Addis Ababa so we took this day trip which turned out excellent. Our guide Teshome Antachew has good English and he explained well in detail about the places we visited. He was very helpful and attentive to our needs as we wanted to buy coffee and certain souvenirs. The driver was very cautious while driving too. I would recommend this guide without any hesitation to anybody.
So grateful we took this tour.
Thank you Viator and thank you Teshome.

Great guides, great trip
This was such a lovely trip! Abe and George were so fun to travel with. Super informative, knowledgeable, interesting, kind and helpful. And the trip itself was incredible to Debre Libanos, through amazing countryside, seeing Gelada monkeys and having lunch in one of the prettiest places I’ve ever been. Would strongly recommend the trip, and would go anywhere with Abe and George!

Addis+ tour
Biruk, our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and really provided good options to see in the time constraint that we had. The driver was also extremely good. They picked us up from where I was staying, which was not a conventional hotel, without any problem. We went to the National Museum, Mt Entoto where we saw a great view of the city and had a traditional coffee ceremony with food. We drove by the market and went to Holy Trinity Cathedral. It was the Muskel celebration day, so he also gave us perspective there-was a great experience before having to fly out that night.

Interesting sight seeing
Joseph was a fine guide with knowledge about his country. He was a gentle guide from the pickup at the airport until the drop off at the hotel. The city tour is a must if ever someone is visiting Eddis .The palace, the national museum and the view of the city from the mountain plus major roads that shows how this city is .I recommend this excursion.

Do your research...
My husband and I were unable to do this tour. I'm giving a 5 star review because it is in no way the fault of the tour operator. The city looked very interesting from the airplane window, so we were super disappointed that we weren't able to explore it. I'm leaving a review as a heads up to others who want to explore Addis Ababa. Customs WILL NOT let you take binoculars out of the airport. Zoom lenses on cameras are ok though. Go figure! There is an option to store valuables at the airport, but it was a complicated process and we were not comfortable with it. (I would need to lock my binoculars in a storage cage then use a different exit separate from my husband. We envisioned not being able to find one another on the other side!) Our plane was a bit late and by the time we sorted through the issue, we were 2 hours late for the tour anyway. I had connectivity issues with my phone so I was not able to contact the tour operator to let them know not to expect us, and it was another reason why I didn't want to separate from my husband. The worst part was not being able to get back to the departures area and through security until 3 hours before our flight, so we sat around baggage claim for 5 hours. When it was time, we had to be escorted by customs to the departures area since I had binoculars in my carry on. We are seasoned travelers and I'm usually very good at researching foreign country requirements but never came across any info from customs about binoculars. Also, heads up that if you are a US citizen, be sure to get a tourist visa to exit the airport. There is a "visa on arrival" counter, or you can purchase one on-line in advance. In general, bring your patience and be prepared for a chaotic **** show at the airport.
