Excellent and very well run. Really enjoyed the flight and the view over the Falls was amazing. Didn't see much by way of game, an elephant or two in the distance maybe, if you had a good imagination.

Take the longer flight over the game reserve as well as the falls. Extra charges though when we checked in.

Fantastic flight. We took the long tour and flew to the falls and then toured the gorges. Great views and friendly staff. Recommend them highly.

The ride itself was pleasant, although I don’t recommend the extended version as I could not really see the animals. The shorter version that includes the Falls only is more than sufficient. Minus two stars due to lack of professionalism and organization. Firstly, after booking and contacting the operator to confirm the pick up time, I only received a response and my first contact from the operator about an hour prior to pickup and was informed I would be picked up early. Which ended up working with my schedule. Despite being scheduled for a 10:00AM flight time, they scheduled additional passengers to be picked up from a hotel at 1030AM. When they got into the van, they too were annoyed because they were expecting to be picked up at 11:00AM. This company basically schedules flights due to their convenience and not according to the time you selected when purchasing the flight. Beware if you need to go to the airport afterwards.

Good experience to see the fall from the air. The animals as claimed can't be seen in May. The flights was a thrills. From the flight one can see the area around and can make sense on the geography of the fall.

To view the Falls from the sky was the birthday gift I didn't know I needed! I was picked up on time for my flight with no problems and the driver was courteous, friendly, professional and courteous.
Upon arrival, I was given a safety brief and told what to expect in my 25-27 minutes tour.
I sat in the front with the pilot so I had amazing views!!! Although he maneuvered the plan so everyone (there were 3 of us on the tour) could see the same things. I was able to see a herd of elephants on the tour! They looked so small from the sky but it was an awesome experience.
This was the highlight of my birthday and I'm so glad I booked this tour!

The longer flight circles both the falls and a game reserve. It was work the $100 to upgrade to a smaller, private tour. Loved the perspective from the air. It was my first helicopter ride and it was super fun.

The helicopter flight over the falls section was amazing. We got to see the whole falls rainbow and all. Seeing the amount of water flowing in from the Zambezi is incredible Ben though it isn’t at its peak. Unfortunately there wasn’t many animals to see and you were too high up to really see. It was very dry which you get to appreciate from overhead.

The Victorial Fall was definitly great and to be seen in the sky. We booked a long flight and enjoyed ourselves to see wild lifes in the sky. Elephants and giraffes gathered in a group and marched slowly.

I recommend you do the longer scenic ride as you see so much more. It was an incredible experience to see Victoria Falls from up above and the wild landscape beyond. My only issue was that when we did ours the 2 people sitting behind the pilot did not get as much time viewing the Falls as the others which was not really fair.

fantastic view of Victoria falls and surroundings. However, when booking the flights it was not mentioned that the price you quotes did not inclide the USD 30 per person for government taxes that I had to pay on site.

Very well organised, picked us up from our hotel, Fred our driver was great, told us all about the area. On arrival we were given a safety briefing and straight to the helicopter. The flight over and around the Falls was excellent and gave you a real perspective of the size and topography of the Falls. We then did a fight down river and over some of the national park, where we saw Elephant, Zebra and Antelope. It was a fantastic experience. And, we bought the video.

I feel totally ripped off. I splurged for the long helicopter ride, which promised 25-27 minutes. I started a timer right before we took off. The pilot went in for a landing at less than 22 minutes. I said something and he claimed it was 23, which it wasn’t, but even if that was true, that’s not 25! So he admitted we didn’t get full time. He made a small useless circle near the helipad just to add another minute, which was even more ridiculous. We hardly had any time looking for animals, which is what I paid the extension for.
Their bigger helicopter was down for routine maintenance and there were a ton of people waiting around for flights, so clearly they were overbooked and just rushing people through. (There were two upset couple who booked a flight together and had to fly separately because the other chopper wasn’t available).
To make matters worse, the vehicle in which I was driven back to my hotel reeked of gasoline. J mentioned it to the driver who told me unapologetically the car had a gas leak. This is dangerous and made me absolutely gaseous and light-headed.
Do this, but go with another company.

The view was worth all the hassle at the airport and it was not the ground crews fault. The tour company should have updated us when they asked for pickup location

I am sorry that you feel this way. There was obviously a good reason why your flight was delayed. When you booked the flight it was written all over that the government fees were $30 for the long flight and $25 for the short flight. I am not sure where you got the impression that the government fees are $15

We were picked up right on time at our hotel! We took the longer flight which circled the falls a couple times which was nice. They could skip the game park flyover and fly up the river a little further to possibly see animals. The game park itself looked like a lot of it had burned and there were very few animals to see, so was a waste of time.
There are a lot of helicopters in the air and our pilot did a good job of listening to the radio and watching although it doesn't give you a chance to ask many questions...safety first though. All in all we enjoyed the flight!

An absolute don’t miss experience - seeing the Falls from above is absolutely incredible! The Zambezi is also astounding. And we also saw giraffes, elephants, Cape buffalo and an enormous pod of hippos. Highly recommend!!

To view the falls in all its power and splendour is not necessarily achievable with the 'cloud'(s) presence. If you do a ground visit and chopper flight your memories and photography will be complete. Although a costly exercise it really is worth a potential one off expense.

This slightly longer helicopter ride is definitely worth the extra cost. We spent quite a lot of time looking at the falls from all angles and then headed up the Zambezi to view the river. Spotting a bloat of hippos lounging in the water from above was a unique sight. From there you head out over land where we saw water buffalo and elephants roaming about. I highly recommend this tour.

A different group ( 2 guys) thought they could take control of the helo because they had big cameras. They wanted the best seats so they could open windows and take pictures w/o glass. What a crap ——. Why were they special? I had to fly backward and see everything late and backward.

This was very well organized. We bought 25 min flight option. We were picked up from our hotel on time. When we reached, we were checked in right away - took about 10 min. Four of us and two more people. We were walked to the aircraft and seated in. There were 5 window seats and there was a little girl on her own who was seated between me and my husband and didn't have a window, but good view nonetheless.
The pilot circled the falls a few times. After about 15 min, we drove over the national park to spot wild life. The only thing spotted was a herd of elephants which most of us missed. My daughter pointed it out as she heard it on her headphones. We didn't hear instructions as our headphones were NOT working :(. and helicopter had moved on by the time my daughter pointed it out to us.
We purchased the video for $40. It was very well put together. Overall amazing view of waterfalls and fun activity.
