Very good tour.

Great communication in days leading up to trip by Hello Cracow and during pickup. Driver Patryk spoke great English and was careful and on time. The on-site Auschwitz-Birkenau guide was wonderful as well. Took the no-more-than-15 guest option, allowing for more interaction with the guide, and it was well worth it. Highly recommended

Excellent organisation by travel company and very friendly and helpful driver. Good communication throughout- much appreciated. Tour guide inside Auschwitz was a little difficult to understand at times. First part of tour was very moving. Second part didn’t add much and was a lot of walking!

We had a wonderful trip. Went like clock work from begining to end. Our coach driver Lukasz was wonderful & our tour guide Dorota was extremely knowledgeable. You do a lot of walking round both camps but it is well worth a trip. Advice would be take food & drink with you as not a lot of spare time. You cannot take it into the camps so we had ours during the journey on the coach. Also we arranged to be picked up from our hotel to the main pick up point but you have to make you own way back from where you pick the main coach up. It's not a problem as Uber & Bolt are very cheap in Krakow.

Small group van beats large bus ride

Small group van was much nicer than a big bus. As clearly stated in description, the small group is only for the drive, and then join the general larger group for the tour. The optional bagged lunch was really nice and a good addition for about $20 extra pp, with options for dietary preferences.

Our pickup was changed to...

Our pickup was changed to 5.50am from the 9.30am option selected, however this is outside of the tour company's hands as the guided tour times/availability are given by Auschwitz. I had seen this on a lot of other reviews and companies, so be prepared for an early start. The car picked us up on time and the driver was friendly and organised, itinerary was clear for the day. The company messaged us 3 days before to give us notice that it would be ean early start so we weren't surprised the day before when final details are confirmed. When at Auschwitz, it is an Auschwitz tour guide that takes you around both sites - ours was incredible. The tour company, make sure you know meeting points, break times and take you between the sites. There are about 3 15 min opportunities for toilets/snacks but queues were long, especially at Ausxhwitz. Birkenau had some snack huts with much less queueing. I would take food as opportunity is limited. The company offer a 50 zloty lunch bag which was great value for money and gave lots of snacks and drinks. The guided tour is fast paced, lots of walking (all dictated by the museum to handle the volumes of visitors) but was incredible. Not much time to stop and reflect, but enough time to see and learn what you needed to. I'm so glad I went Also, it is largely outside and it is very very cold first thing in the morning, so please be prepared for the weather!

It's a real shame that people felt the need to take photo's on smart phones every five seconds. There are hundreds of far better quality photos on line if you feel you need have them. Please be respectful of of where you are and what you see. Rap up warm! It was much colder than the weather report!

Absolutely fabulous...

Absolutely fabulous experience! The team were amazing at being so understanding regarding my unexpected circumstances at the airport having been delayed in a 3 hour queue at customs on arrival. The team kindly changed my trip to the next subject to availability. Excellent customer service at communicating. Mateusz was great. The guide and the tour itself was really good. Lots of steps, and walking so be prepared for this and maybe take a drink of water as you don’t get a toilet break or get to buy any snacks or drinks until towards the end of the excursion.

Seamless and Meaningful Auschwitz-Birkenau Experience

I highly recommend this tour. Everything is exceptionally well organized—from the hotel pickup to the train departure, and even the thoughtfully prepared paper bag lunch. It’s a full-day excursion, but visiting the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum is a deeply moving and important experience that is absolutely worth it.

Fantastic trip would 100% recommend this trip

Absolutely brilliant trip we had the hotel pickup and the guy was so friendly on time and gave us a great talk about what we was going to do. The tour itself was breath taking I was worried about taking mom with all the walking and steps but it really was not bad at all and totally worth it. The tour guide was fantastic we learnt so much about the history of the mine and the exhibitions and sculptures were truly beautiful even getting chance to take part in activities on the way round it was far from boring and very informative. The souvenir shop and snack place was very reasonably priced and we tasted the salted chocolate which was delicious. We chose the 8am pick up time which meant we was back in the old town by lunch time and had the rest of the afternoon for more exploring.
