What are people saying about Montenegro

Something different and great fun
We received clear instructions on where to locate the starting point. The tour started a bit late, because the water was quite choppy. The tenders transferring people from our cruise ship to the shore were also disrupted. We we given heavy duty rainwear, to help us avoid getting wet, but in reality we didn't really need it. The ride was exhilarating and great fun, and accompanied at times by some rock music, which seemed to catch the mood of the journey. We stopped near the island upon which Our Lady's church is situated and were given a short history lesson before proceeding ashore for about 20 minutes. It was very busy, as there were numerous other tourist boats, but we had sufficient time to look around, before setting off for the very short trip to Perast. We were given ample time to look around, before boarding the boat for another exhilarating ride back, accompanied by music. It was a fun trip, and just that bit different to coach or taxi rides

Great value boat trip. Staff above and beyond.
Well organised. WhatsApp’s sent to remind of date and time with directions. Lovely welcome from staff. Great music matching the trip theme added to an already enjoyable jaunt. E.g James Bond music timed exactly for the submarine tunnels. Marko was the driver and was knowledgable and funny. Boran was a gentleman making sure we got on and off the boat safely at various stops. Great value for money. Some of us swam at the blue caves. All in all, would recommend. Gets cold on the water, take an extra layer and possibly a hat.

Wonderful Day in Kotor
Wonderful over view of Kotor Bay. Andro took us to Perast, and all around the bay through several small towns, and the modern area of Kotor.. He is very knowledgeable and accommodating. A ferry across the narrowest part. Back to the old town. A great day! Thank you.

A day to explore Northern Montenegro
This was a great experience. With photo stops through the tour for panoramic view of valleys and mountains. We stopped for breakfast at a small restaurant in the countryside. There were 9 different options and the food was very nice. We went to Tara river, where you can choose if you want to zip line over the canyon, which I highly recommend. Then to Durmitor National park to see Black lake. From there we had lunch at another restaurant. The food was fantastic, the views spectacular, it was a lovely location. Our trip too about 13 hours to complete. We were not rushed at the stops, we had leisurely meals. And I can’t forget our driver and guide. They really made the day exceptional.

Montenegro has only been an independent country since 2006, but today it’s among the world’s fastest-growing tourist destinations. One of the most popular sights is the Blue Cave, a natural sea cave where the water seems to glow; there are dozens of Montenegro tours to the cave. You might also want to explore the historic center of Kotor, ride a train to the entrance of a massive underground cave, hike around a glacial lake, or visit a 17th-century monastery built in the face of a cliff.
