Sand Dollars and Dolphins
Captain and crew were helpful and gave fun information as we passed St Andrew’s Park and got to Shell Island. Had a good amount of time to snorkel and swim. It was fun hunting for sand dollars…leave the living ones! Saw a few dolphins at a distance. Always a treat.

BYOB and food and have fun!
You can bring your towels, ice chest with drinks, even Alcohol- they don’t sell any alcohol/beer out on the water or the boat so BYOB! You can even bring food. It’s fun, relaxed and a great experience. The trip to crab island is extremely quick. 10 minutes tops and they drive slow. Once they “park”, you’re able to get off and hang out. The captains are nice.

If you’re on the fence about going… just do it! It’s worth the time and money.
Absolute blast! Jason and Delta were the best guides. Jason was a knowledgeable and helpful captain that was willing to go out of his way to make our trip amazing. Delta is a wizard at finding crabs and sea horses and keeping the kids entertained. Very happy we went.

Rainy Day
We called a few times to see if it the event was going to be cancelled, but they kept saying it’s the captains discretion! The last time we called my mother called and said we’re closing the hut due to inclemate weather and to meet up with the captain in Destin! By the time we got there, the Hut was closed but our captain Brandon G was there. Told us it was unsafe to ride to crab island, so we decided not to go. He was really polite and well informed.

The Sunshine State got its nickname for a reason—Florida tours are all about having fun in the sun. Pair up with a local guide to look for wildlife like dolphins, manatees, and alligators; bike through eclectic neighborhoods; or watch the sunset on a catamaran tour, cocktail in hand. You can also find Florida tours that showcase the state’s culture, from colonial history tours in St. Augustine to food tours in Miami’s Little Havana.
