I would give this 5 stars for the skip the line experience. I marked it 4 because there was no personal guided experience and after getting the tickets from the guide, everything was rushed to get our group inside, which wouldn’t have been bad but the plaza was already crowded with people and trying to keep up with our “guide” to the entry point was a bit challenging and if we lost him we wouldn’t have gotten in. But getting into the Pantheon was worth the experience. It’s an amazing architectural marvel that is still standing nearly 2,000 years later!

No value add. Just up selling normal individual tickets at 5 times the cost. They also rip off a Rick Steves pantheon guide which he provides for free and claim it as their product. My wife used a cane and the rep went off very fast, not waiting for us. The rep is not a guide, just someonen who takes you from nearby plaza to pantheon and issues you normal individual tickets.

Excellent and organized tour company! Met at the meeting point and from start to finish it was seamless. Tour guide accompanied us through the ticket line with no wait. Our apt is right by the Pantheon and can tell you the entry lines get looooong so it’s worth the extra money to skip them. Audio guide was informative. Bring your own ear buds and you need WiFi/roaming to download. Ladies, make sure your shoulders are covered for entrance to the Pantheon or bring a scarf along for coverage as it’s a requirement. We’ve been on so many tours in Rome this week and this one was the most professional and efficient. Highly recommend!

I bought tickets online and then it told us to go to some shady spot in the plaza to get them off of some shady people then follow a man through the streets, (3 ladies following a stranger through the strees of rome. Not comfortable) he escorted us to the front of the line. They could have had shirts that identified them. They got the job done.But it needs some professional looks for the company. They were really friendly and nice.

This turned out to be a scam. Looking at the line I chose Viator as I have always had a great experience in the past however the skip the line option showed up and it was a complete scam. Met the ticket guy at the designated location and only once in the Pantheon line did our group and several others realize that we had been scammed. There is no skip the line ticket. I have had to chance my credit card because of the fraud. I have reached out to aviator to discuss with someone the issue before posting but it is important you all are aware. I am extremely frustrated as so far Viator has been unresponsive. Whomever Viator is partnered with on this is a huge scam.

I had no problem with this tour of the Pantheon; however, my booked experience at the Accademia Gallery in Florence was a nightmare. Viator has conveniently blocked me from writing a review of that experience, but their tour operator failed to show up at the scheduled time and location. After searching for him for 45 minutes, we had to purchase replacement tickets from another company to gain entry. My experience with customer service after the fact to try to get a refund has been disappointing, to say the least. Viator will not accept the facts presented and has denied me a refund of the $177.04 I paid them for this tour. I used Viator for two prior tours earlier in the week, so I am an established customer, but they insist that, after talking with the 3rd party tour operator, we were not there. That is a lie (so just for the heck of it, we paid another $170 for replacement tickets?!), and the tour operator is a fraud, enabled by Viator by having them on their platform. I will not use Vaitor again, and I urge you to proceed with extreme caution with them.

Great experience! We were able to book our tickets here last minute for the Pantheon. The meeting point was easy to find and Pradip took us quickly to the VIP entrance in front to be able to walk right into the Pantheon. Thank you, Pradip and team! Not worth the additional cost. We could have paid 5€ per person and then 10€ for headsets and it still would not have reached the cost. Having to bring your own listening devices/headsets when on vacation is not ideal, especially when traveling with elderly people.

There’s a huge line for people who don’t have tickets and a shorter line for people that already have them. Definitely saved a couple hours or more having these. Stood in line only 10 - 15 minutes.
