One of the highlights of our vacation! Our guide Nico was amazing! I highly recommend him for your tour. Learned a little history, legends and funny stories. The tour included a swim stop in front of the restaurant Grotto Palazzese which was my favorite part. The aperitif was refreshing along with the taralli snack. Best part was the tiramisu he prepared for us during our stop. This tour is must during your vacation

Fabulous tour!

Wonderful trip! It was a small boat making it much more intimate and allowing for the boat to go into all of the caves. Such lovely hosts, both genuinely cared about our experience. We did the sunset cruise and it was divine. The music playlist was perfect for all ages. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful moment with Rosaria who was a great techer and person. It was like beeing in her home cooking with her. We learned a lot more than preparing orrichette. It was a plunge in italian culture. Loved it! My 12 year old son also loved the experience. We look forward to making pasta back home and remember this part of our trip.

Great start to the morning and Monopli

We really liked the small boat and only a few people, the team (sorry forgot the crews names , apologies) were great. Very much enjoyed the morning boat trip looking at the caves and having a short dip. This trip and other boats obviously very popular but a lovely couple of hours. Highlights seeing the restaurant grotto palazzo from the sea (cheapest way :)) and the cave with the light . Enjoyed looking at the rock formations. The iced tea or prosecco with snacks was appreciated. Thank you . Some of the reviews seem a bit mean spirited - it’s a simple trip well done

A must do experience in Polignano a Mare!

Fun boat tour along the coast. Amazing views. A stop for a swim and a nice glass of fizz was a bonus! Only around 10 passengers so fairly "private". We did it at 4pm on 22nd June, so just about missed the worst heat of the day. One thing to note. The pier where the boats leave from is a good 25 minute walk from the train station, and no footpath for some of it. At our request, the organisers booked us a taxi for our return to Polignano town afterwards, which was a much better option.

Good valued short tour to see coastline along Polignano a Mare. Tour was 1.5 hours. We arrived early and ristorante nearby to have lunch before the tour. Our skipper Andrea was kind and informative. Great boating skills negotiating small sea caves. Bonus to stop for swim at end plus enjoy glass of Prosecco.

Delightful day

Totally enjoyed the relax fun of a small tour van to the 3 cities of Alberobello, Monopoli and Polignana a Mare. This is NOT a guided tour. The van driver was however friendly, entertaining and informative throughout the drive and pointed us in the right directions once we arrived in the town. Just the right amount of time was given to us in each of the cities. Worth the extra money for the small van over a big bus tour.

Amazing experience in Bari May 2026

An absolutely AMAZING experience! We had the chance to make foccacia from scratch, which tasted incredible when out of the oven. We made orecchiette from scratch as well, and Marika showed us the technique to make them, which we then got to practice. It’s harder than it looks! There was an English translator but everyone in our group spoke a bit of Italian. It was wonderful and we enjoyed every second of it. You definitely need to do this when you visit Bari!
