Best pasta lesson ever.
A GREAT lesson on pasta making! I’ve done cooking classes with pasta before, but Kate and Claudia had amazing technique and they took the time to teach us EXACTLY how to create fabulous pasta. Highly recommend! And their teaching style was so much fun! They kept us laughing the whole time.

Wonderful foody day!
Loved the entire day. It was educational and tasty! I loved learning how Parmesan, Balsamic vinegar, and sparkling Lambrusco are produced. The guides at each venue we visited were gracious and very informative. Each venue provided generous and delicious tastings at the end of each tour of the production facilities. Lunch, which included a wide variety of delicious regional dishes, was fantastic and oh so filling! Valentina, our guide for the day, was excellent! She shared knowledge of the geography and history of the region that contributed to the production of the products we tasted, as well as the foods common in this region and those we had at lunch. Consequently, I would highly recommend this tour to any foodies visiting Bologna!

A Wonderful Tour of Bologna’s History, Culture, and Hidden Gems!
We had a wonderful experience exploring Bologna with Sammy! Over the course of a little more than two hours, he took us through the city’s fascinating history, beautiful churches, historic university, hidden canals, medieval markets, and vibrant food districts. What made the tour especially memorable was Sammy’s personal perspective as a master’s student living in Bologna. He shared not only the city’s rich history but also what it’s like to live and study here today, giving us a genuine feel for the local culture. Sammy was knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the city. We learned so much while enjoying a lovely walk through Bologna. Highly recommend his tour to anyone visiting!

Highly recommend this food products tour
Very organized and well done tour of the cheese, balsamic and the prosciutto facilities. I would definitely recommend. You drive out quite a while so that plus going to 3 different places is why it’s a more expensive tour. I think it’s worth it though. If you’re a foodie or you just like to know how things are made, you will enjoy this. The balsamic is made on a family farm, so a small operation but they do a great job of explaining their process. I particularly enjoyed the tasting there. We bought some vinegar but you won’t feel pressured.
