Must see, unforgettable escape from busy Barcelona

Amazing guide Yerai was fun, knowledgeable, thorough. Absolutely beautiful landscape and awe-inspiring mountain range. So peaceful and unreal I felt like I was in a different world. The train ride up the mountain was a beautiful way to see the Catalan countryside. The monastery looks like it’s carved into the mountain. A trip to a winery in a 10th century medieval castle was a great ending to a perfect day!

From Ancient Rome to the Sagrada Barcelona in a Day

The tour is very comprehensive includes a lot of history (which I like).Mai our guide was very knowledgeable and gave a a very good history of the area and helped us appreciate key concepts and special landmarks to look for. Her explanation of the Sagrada was first class. Mai made sure we knew how long we had a a particular spot and when to return. The only thing I would emphasize is that people need to realize this is an all day bus tour. I know it says so in the description but some did not seem to realize the plan.

Great experience

The tour was well organized and a reasonable number of people. Our guide spoke quickly and with an accent but was clear and easy to understand. The information he included was of interest and he was mindful of time, using the time well and keeping us moving so we were able to see everything he had planned to show us and ended on time. This attraction sells out well in advance for regular tickets. We were able to get these tour tickets only a few days before the actual tour so when someone tells you you won’t get in last minute, try this tour! We got in and we learned more for having the guide.

Fantastic experience! The Park was beautiful - amazing architecture blended with nature. Sagrada Família is must see experience to be believed. Our guide Olga E was incredible! One to go for!

Early start on a Saturday morning but do it watching queues later it was well worth it. Tour guided as good as we had on this trip with so much information on how we could spend our free time was excellent to know the best way to spend time. Great experience using Julia Travel for our visit to the Sagrada Família. Our guide was very knowledgeable and also was especially great helping us navigate the entrance to the basilica with a stroller. Would definitely recommend, especially if you can’t get tickets from the city website.

Don’t miss the Sagrada “Golden Tour”

We were lucky to book this 4:00 “Golden Tour” at the last minute. We skipped the long lines with our guide who was terrific in explaining the history and key vantage points throughout the Sagrada Família. He seemed as excited about the basilica as we were. One of the highlights of the Golden Tour is the golden lights streaming through the west facing stained glass windows. Don’t miss this tour!
