A great one-day tour of São Miguel, Açores. Fun, informative visit to Gorreana Tea Factory, and the volcanic Lagoa das Furnas and the town of Furnas with its many sulfur vents were beautiful and fascinating. East of São Miguel island day tour with Pure Azores

Excellent full day tour with Clara of Pure Azores. The weather wasn’t the best, but we still got to see most of the viewpoints. Furnas was a great experience, both for the sampling of different flavoured liqueurs, tasting various different waters coming out of numerous springs, and the fantastic traditional Cozido lunch at Tony’s restaurant - one of the best meals we had during our stay in the Azores.

Evening thermal experience

We decided on this tour for a night time vibe. We were picked up and dropped off by Anna our tour guide. It was amazing from start to finish. We enjoyed all the features of the stops, the wonderful meal at Tony’s paired with red and white wine, along with other beverages of choice. The thermal observations around the village coupled with a night time experience of thermal spa relaxation was divine.

Everything was wonderful on this tour! Our guide Gonçalo was on time for the pick up and an excellent driver, friendly and informative with some humor and great music. All the sights were fantastic!
