Choose from 4 traditional Zambian recipes: Chicken Stew, Crispy Kapenta, Beef or Goat with Chibwabwa, or Grilled Bream — all served with nshima. Elizabeth guides you through techniques, recipes and the cultural stories behind each dish. ‍ End sitting together on traditional mats under the mango trees, sharing the food you cooked as a group.
