From booking the one day Vancouver tour, to meeting with our guide Abtin punctually at the location, we could not have asked for a better experience! This was our first time booking with Viator, and we will do it again. As far as our guide, he was courteous, knowledgable, and he was flexible. He had a tour lined up for us, gave us information and a bit of history on everything, and was flexible as far as our wishes. We had him pick a restaurant for a lunch break and it was absolutely phenomenal. He sure knows his way around and he is a fun person. The best thing to do when visiting Vancouver!

This was a great excursion, enjoyed by the whole family. The best part was Butchart Gardens, just beautiful. Wish we had had more time there, as well as downtown Victoria. Anthony was a fun and informative guide, letting us know all about Vancouver and Victoria throughout the bus ride, as well as keeping us on time. The ferry was enjoyable with lots of food and drinks available.

Great Family-Friendly Tour

We had a fantastic day on the Grouse Mountain, Capilano Suspension Bridge and Salmon Hatchery tour. Our tour guide/bus driver was excellent; friendly, knowledgeable and organized, with plenty of interesting information shared throughout the day. Everything ran smoothly, we never felt rushed, and made the experience enjoyable for both the adults and the kids in our group. It was a great way to see some of Vancouver’s highlights without having to worry about the logistics ourselves. Highly recommend!

Great tour

It was a long day, but worth it. Annika was very informative and friendly and the bus driver did a great job. The bus was new and very comfortable- The tv that showed the road ahead was very cool. But after the first stop on the ferry, they were no longer on. I texted Annika to see if they could be turned back on but no response (We were in the mid-back of the bus and didn't want to shout) Also, it was a little difficult to hear everything she said. But Victoria is beautiful and the Gardens were amazing. The ferry ride was nice too.

Senior who experienced stiff hips after walking so many stairs.

Go early before it gets busy. The tree bridges get back to back people which ruin the beauty of the pictures. Don’t go on a weekend. Lots of stairs. If you have issues with knees or hips don’t go. They do offer senior discounts. It’s a majestic place. They have outstanding ice cream! Also have a great restaurant. If you drive you will pay $9.00 to park across the street.

Best way to see Vancouver

We enjoyed this tour of Vancouver. Our tour guide, Michael, was awesome! We toured Stanley Park where we stopped briefly then went to Granville Island where we stopped for lunch and shopping then drove through Chinatown and Gaston. Michael told us the history of each area and interesting trivia. I would def recommend this tour to first time Vancouver visitors like us.

Fabulous day tour

If you have limited time in Vancouver, this is the best way to visit Vancouver island and the Butchart gardens. The pick up, bus trip and ferry crossing was seamless and went according to schedule. The only delay was the slightly late arrival of the ferry into Victoria. It would be a huge challenge to do this trip on public transport. It was a very long day but totally worth it. My other recommendation would be to stay on the island for a few nights, such as beautiful place.

It was a fabulous day. We loved our driver (Peter) and his guiding. It was informative, lighthearted, all done with a great sense of humor. We visited the Shannon falls, went on the Gondola ride and stopped in Whistler. After lunch there, we decided to check out the Audain gallery. The gallery was phenomenal. The building itself was gorgeous, an architectural piece of art. Highly recommend it. We were in Whistler for 3 hours, so there is enough time. (If you like art). Others went to a near by lake, or the gondola rides. We loved this tour. Definitely recommend it.
